Sir, My name is vignesh. I applied for a goa package with touroffers.info . They asked me to pay adv 5000/- and then balance at a later time, all photos attached below. Then they kept delaying with tickets, then on april 8th we got a message saying that, the trip was canceled and we will get a refund. And all their numbers are switched off. They claimed to be in mangalore but their phone numbers were local tamil nadu numbers. and they...

They had told that they would provide a tour package for GOA.They said that after full payment they will provide a air tickets within 3 days.Now already 15 days passed they dont send any tickets.I kindly request you to please consider this as a complaint and take action to refund our money....
