Hi,

I had to replace my Archer A9 TP-Link Dual Band Router which is faulty and is under warranty and the same is submitted to Secunderabad TP-Link Service Center on 12th Sept'22 in person and till now the faulty device is not replaced and also no communication regarding it. Everytime i call the TP-LINK service center in Secunderabad, Telangana concerned people are just saying another 2 days every week and now its been 16 days passed no clue of this replacement. Strange thing is customer service pupil doesn't know about the replacement order and asking us to contact service center in return where submitted.

Looks both are simply asking me to complain one another and delaying the replacement process and there by not honoring the warranty policies

Could you please help me to expedite the replacement asap

    Short list of TP-LINK Indonesia policies to avoid honouring their warranty obligations:
    1. Only one service point in the whole of Indonesia
    2. Requiring that customers of the whole Indonesia come to Jakarta to bring their product for warranty repair/replacement
    3. Requiring action from sellers in an area of e-commerce where sellers do not provide this support
    4. Requiring the original box even 11 months after the purchase
    5. The refusal to accept to honour warranty obligations even when the customer provides invoice, KTP, serial number, proof of non-cooperation by seller

    Shame on you TP-LINK.

          I refer to TP Link Archer C6 router which is available in India. However this device has a flaw. The router supports a feature called dynamic dns which allows the router to update the IP address at specific interval. However router only updates the DNS database only at the interval.

          However this is a problem because router should update DNS whenever new IP address is assigned and not just at the interval setting. So there will be a time slot during which correct IP address will not be present in the global DNS servers.

          This is a problem in design and if you are looking for a proper full dynamic dns functionality, do not opt for this brand.

          You will be wasting your money and this limitation will not covered under warranty.

            Tp link router model no tl-wr841n, product clearly mentions on the box 300mbps wireless speed. But router is not giving more than 40 mbps wireless speed. When i reached authorised service center of tp-link at nehru palace delhi i. E. At flat no 409, 4th floor, raja house nehru palace, delhi-19. The executive is saying that the product itself is not capable of delivering the wireless speed not more than 40 mbps wirelessly and said product is fine.

            The company is providing customers wrong information and covering box claiming fake committments.

            I have purchased the router on 05.06.2019, since then i am not getting the full speed (As my internet plan is of 100mbps). Company should provide a written apology public platform and should return my paid amount on router or provide me with the router which can provide the minimum 100 mbps speed wirelessly.

              I purchased the greatly toted tp link archer c5400. Setup was easy and i had set it to take automatic firmware updates. Big mistake! After 6 days of operating flawlessly the router just stopped working and went into an endless lop of powering off and on. I call tech support and wait forever for a tech. Over an hour later the tech realizes what i had told him in the beginning was the case. A brick!! He says an rma # will be emailed to me for a replacement. I need to hook up my old netgear router and wait for the email. Instead i receive an email from a gal from customer service stating they were sorry but they could not replace this $400 piece of junk because it was purchased on ebay. I informed them it was new and registered it on their website, but it turns out ebay is not an authorized reseller of tp link junk! Stay away from this china made product!!

                I have brought tplink 150 mbps wireless router from amazon.in, after 2 months, the router stopped working.
                And there's no technical support. when ever i call they are busy, i have tried it for not less than 100 times, but got no support.I have also mailed my issue to support.[protected]@ tp-link.com but haven't got any reply.

                sir, the router is under 3 years warranty period and I have the invoice too.

                I, therefore request you to kindly help me to replace my router.

                  TP-link Wi-Fi modem(TD W8951 N-150-Very Very worst brand.Don't go this brand almost four times replaced with 3 years.Again facing problem totally product was not working.Very careless customer support.Raised the ticket in Head office itself but no use.Local service centre person was not take any steps regarding my complaint.

                    I have a complaint about the help line. Not only does the call center have a long wait just to talk to a person. But once you do get to speak to a person they are not very helpful. I will clarify that statement with they are not helpful with anything out of the ordinary. I spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to set up two TL-WA510G at my house. After the 1 1/2hrs the staff finally figured out for to fix the problem. I them brought the to my work place to install them. But nothing worked once they had been installed. I then called you help center to get more help that went as follows: first person: Asked my questions and got Sir: I will have to put you on hold. Then we will Email you an answer, soon after click you hear a number being dialed then" The number have dialed is no longer in service. Second : No that Access point don't do that, oh is does let me put you on hold. Sure enough after several minutes that same old click and here comes the number being dialed. third: Hey sir I haven't done that setup for awhile . Again several minutes later that same click then the number starts dialing. Once an accidental dialing but three times come on. I guess i am getting old but aren't you supposed to have person able to answer question there. And what is the proper wait time for a return E-mail before you call again ?
                    When you show your number to contact service centre the person is not answering rather disconnecting my call 5 times.pathetic product not working . And for a 800rs product i had to travel to grant road from mira road why cant you have service centre at all location or nearby .[censored] service .

                      I had purchased a TP Link modem from snapdeal in Sep 2013. This was a modem with Wifi and model W8951ND. The wifi modem did not have very great performance but somehow i managed to keep using it as already had burned 1500 Rs. on it. It is a product with 3 year replacement warranty. Now in March 2015, less than 1.5 years after it was purchased, it has stopped working and i have raised support issue with TP Link but they are not responding at all. The shameless fellows are not responding to support ticket and if you call them they give some cellphone no. of a guy in Nehru place to contact. No proper procedure for replacement and no avail of raised support ticket. My advice is to avoid buying such 3rd class products. Umesh Sethi Delhi

                      tp link modem get started only by connecting with a wire but not with wifi ...i am calling customer care line from last 5 days but no answer please help??

                          TP LINK ADSL Modem TD-W8951ND was purchased in Sept.2012.It became faulty after 2-3 days.It works with data cable but not on wifi.Even configured data doesn't remain stored.The complaint was lodged with TP LINK support on 2/10/12. Many reminders were also given there after ut company has not provided the support and the modem is still faulty.I suggest the friends not go in for buying TP LINK products.

                          wifi adsl modem — no information provided on product

                          i took adsl modem of nokia semiens and wanted to knw how to set security on wifi but customer care executive has no information on such subject . i am really dissappointed from this type of services .. please take some action to improve .

                          TP LINK — lack of service

                          We had installed a new modem via bsnl agent tp link, within a day modem is not working when contacted service personal mr.velu mobile number [protected] he is speaking in a bold language and asking me to raise a complaint against him, kindly help
