To link wifi not giving good service last 6 months but last 1 week tp link wifi not coming and agent charging every month 1500 inr. Please waive us or take necessary action. We are complaining every month but agent not listening and nor taking action. Agent no is [protected], his name rana singh. Please tell to him give us fine service other refund our last 6 month payment. He taking 1500 inr every month.

    I bought a modem from tp link around 5 months back and now it has stopped working. I approached their customer care and they performed the necessary tests to check the status of modem. Then they said that either you bring your modem to our service center or courier it to our center. I couriered modem to tp link service center at bhiwandi. Courier was sent on 12th of sept'17 and till date they have not even checked the device. Today i called them up to check the status but they are saying that it will still take 2 more weeks. Kindly help me.

      Hi Consumer-Complaint Team,

      Good Morning.

      This is with reference to one of TP-Link's product (Wifi-Router TP-Link TL-WR841N 300 Mbps Wireless Router-Black) with Order ID:[protected] bought from Amazon.

      After utilizing their product for almost 11 Months, its WAN Mini-port stopped working. The company warranty offered is of 3 Years.

      The product was then sent to TP-Link India Vasai, Mumbai branch on 26-April-2016 for getting it repaired(After getting directions from TP-Link Customer Care). For almost 2 months till June-2016, neither there was any update, nor was it delivered by the TP-Link Branch. After we took several follow-ups, the product was received by us in June on 14th 2016. But, the received product was not even functional.

      Our product sent for repair was having problem with only its WAN Mini-port, but the received product was not working and was poorly packaged. TP-Link Customer Care's phone is busy most of the times and we are unable to reach TP-Link Customer Care for registering our complaint.

      Please find attached copies of the required documents for reference.

      I request you to please get this issue resolved at the earliest. Its being quite long now, waiting to hear from TP-Link for our complaint, as it seems they are reluctant to respond with a replacement.!!

      Either a fresh and reliable product replacement or refund will be helpful in this regard, as early as possible.

        About a month ago i was experiencing problems with my tp-link wifi router. So as suggested by the company customer care i sent my device to tp-link in vasai east as my router was still within warranty period. The executive told me only to send the router and not its accessories. When i called them they told me that they will replace the product within 10 days. Tp-link received the product on 1st august 2016 but till now i have not received the product. On calling them they say that my product has been pending. They told me since i have not sent all the accessories that's why the status is pending, so i told them to return the product but no reply from them. I even tried sending email to replacement department at "rma.[protected]@tp-link.com" but they always send me the same reply showing pending status. Its been more than 1 month and if ther is a problem tell clearly what should i do but they are not helping me out.

            Sir, 1. I have purchased a "TP Link 150Mbps Wireless N Router" Model : TL-WR740N, Serial No.[protected], MAC : 30B5C2B435D4 against my order no.[protected] through Amazon online store in Jun 2015 . 2. It was working fine. Since last three days, the router is not working (Neither WiFi nor Internet is being connected through the router). I have consulted my internet provider and their service engineer has analysed that the router is defective. 3. I, therefore request you to send the details of customer care/authorised service centre in visakhapatnam, to whom I should contact for repairing of my TP Link WiFi Router. 4. However, if your authorised service centre is not held at visakhapatnam, I further request you to send me an authorisation letter for replacement of the defective router with new one from amazon online store, Thanks & Regards, K.A.Rao Customer

              After 3 months o[censored]sing this I am writing this review. I am based at Chennai. It all started well until a few days before that there is a disconnection of ISP often. After checking the connection with other modems and also verfication by the ISP, it was found to be a faulty modem. Here comes the real part of the story proving what I meant in my headline. I spoke to their technical support detailing the issue and solutions attempted. They have failed to give me address of the service center in Chennai. But asked me to update the firmware. Even after updating the firmware, I had the same issue. Then after representing they have sent me a mail with an address of service center and asked me to take the faulty modem along with adapter for checking. It was a Saturday and when I went to the address, I found it to be a residence of north indian family in chennai and may be one of the inmate should be the engineer. Unfortunately, they did not take my modem and stated that they do service only between 12 pm and 4 pm from Monday to Friday. When I reported TP-Link regarding this unprofessional service center and irresponsible comments by the inmates, they have asked me to courier the faulty modem along with adapter to their factory for service. So, now I have to make arrangements for courier which might cost me around Rs.100/- Why should I pay for courier as the product I purchased is hardly 3 months old and is within the warranty period. So, I request you not to buy this modem at all. Instead you can rely on other branded modems who provide professional service. In short TP-Link is a chinese product available in Indian Market...3rd Grade Product and Service
