Delay In New Meter Connection

Dear Sir
This is to inform you that i have applied for meter connection on 11th of july till there is no confirmation of installing meter as per there status they shows only site visit.i suffered continuously harassment.i called customer care number 10-20 times and they assured that it will be installed in some days we have priortise this.it has been around 10 days since filling the online application form for a new connection yet...

electricity pole shifting

Dear sir,

I am devnath chauhan. I live in jain colony, a-73 delhi -110039. A block, my home is one side open and in front of it there is a electricity pole which is fully surrounded with transformers and electricity cables.
Sometimes the wires shots and during rainy season this issues frequently occur. My sons are very small and i feel very in secured when they stand sometimes in balcony.

Hello sir/ madam
My name is sonam chaudhary. I got new govt qtr at police colony krishna nagar. I applied for new meter connection on my name 2-3 weeks ago. After that an engineer came to the qtr and said meter will be installed in a week but it's been more than a week but i even haven't got the msg of demand note till now. I am bearing financial loss due to this as I am unable to shift in my new qtr and paying rent of two places. Please solve my problem.. Thank you in advance.

    Subject: Sub: Earnest requests for: (a) reduction of Electricity Bill No.[protected] for Rs.8730/- of CA No.[protected]: a) adjusting Rs. 900/- as shown against Adjustment Head in previous Bill No.[protected], (b) Reduction of KW from 5.00 KW to 3.00 KW (c) Reduction of Billing Period from one month 5 days to one month 19/6/21 to 18/7/21 d) issuing a hard copy of the henceforth.

    Hon'ble Sir,

    On the subject cited above, I, being a very SR. Citizen, humbly request you to kindly re-issue me a modified bill against Bill No.[protected] against CA No. No.[protected] with necessary corrections thereto as per the facts as summarily appended hereunder:

    a) A sum of Rs.900/- has not been adjusted/deducted from the present bill no which was shown against ADJUSTMENT head in the previous bill No.[protected]. This sum of Rs. 900/-, therefore, may please be shown as adjusted/deducted from the above mentioned present bill.

    b) Prior to the present bill, all the previous bills received against my CA use shown as Sanctioned electricity load as 4 KW but in the present bill, the KW sanctioned load has been enhanced to 5.00 KW without my prior consent.
    As a result of which the billing amount has also been increased/exaggerated. The KW load may therefore be decreased from 5.00 KW to 3.00 KW under my given consent. So, a rectified bill may be issued against my CA No.[protected].

    c) At every time, I had been receiving my electricity bills for for one month's period, the time, the period has been increased to one month and 5 days resulting thereto, the billing amount has been increased greatly to Rs. 8730/- in comparison to the previous Bill of Rs. 5810/-. So, this error may also be rectified which will also give me a great relief when the amt. of the Bill will be reduced.

    d) Lastly, it is also requested to mention here that the concerned TPDDL office has been issuing hard copies of electricity bills to all the owners of GF, FF & 3rd F except me (SR. Citizen)of the same building : I-7/46, Sector 16, Rohini, Delhi. This this type of partial treatment may please be avoided and request you to issue me a hard copy of my electricity bill against CA No.[protected] henceforth.

    To corroborate all the facts as stated for reducing my exaggerated bill of Rs.8730/-, I am enclosing herewith 4 previous bills also as well. Kindly do a favour to me from being mentally & financially harrassed.

    I shall ever be grateful if you sympathetically consider my request & re-issue me a fresh modified bill of decreased amt.& period against CA No.[protected] as prayed above which will console me immensely.

        Dear Person Concerned,

        This is in order to bring under your kind consideration that I made a New Meter Connection request Online on 07-July-2020 with notification No - [protected]
        Attached herewith the acknowledgement letter received over my e-mail.

        As communicated by your CCE, the maximum TAT for meter installation should be 15 days...but till date I have not received any update on the same even after repeated follow up on provided CCE contact.

        Everytime I call your helpline, your representative does not have any status on my application and commits me one more day to get the update.

        The service standards and response time taken is causing unnecessary harassment to us leaving us with no possible way out to speed up the process. We have recently shifted to a new residence and do not have basic needs fulfilled due to your prolonged process.

        I would request you to please take this matter seriously and facilitate faster processing to avoid further inconveniences to our family.

          Respected sir/madam,
          I want to tell you that i have to build a house. So that pole no-516/72/15 is blocking my house.
          Therefore, it is your request that tpddl should remove this pole from here. And make it difficult to put it aside.
          So that i do not have any kind of obstruction

          Request you to look and instruct your technical department to take action as soon as possible, it would be very thankful if you co-operate with us.

                I apply a new electric connection of tata power sep 2015 but not essued a new connection of tata power now times. Please essued a new connection my name is ranjan kumar mob no-[protected]. I am living plot no-48/4 gali no-37b kaushik enclave burari. We are living a dark place. Approx three houses living wethout electric. Please mention my problem. Delhi colony darker area.

                  REF.CA Nos.[protected] &[protected] in the name of Chander Kanta installed at House No.200 Pocket-16 Sector-24 ROHINI Delhi. Due to burning of out ward meter cables and melting of cable divider box electricity was snapped for which complaint was Registered vide No.[protected] on 12-2-17 The lineman visited to inform for change of aluminiun cable with copper cable at consumer cost for which a complaint was given vide diary No.288 Dt.13-2-17 for replacement of burnt cable and plastic box at service centre sector-11 Rohini but till date complaint has not been redressed which may result in to kire in meter. As the position is grave and involves safety issue immediate remedial action is required by TPDDL

                      Today, few workers of TPDDL came by to install a new connection of one my neighbours. They successfully installed theirs but in their carelessness detached my connection from the pole.
                      Now I am sitting in my home without power. When I filed the complaint in TPDDL the lady who filed my complaint didn't listen to my problem and was talking me too rough to make me explain her anything.

                          i would you inform u that miss pramila residence of wz -120 b naraina village new delhi 110028 have tempering in meter he have 3 or 4 meter bt i did not know which eletricity meter they have tempering bt i truly said one of these meter they have tempering nd using remote system for tempering so plz take strict action for that i have made several complaints for that bt he did not take action for that any so plz take action for that ok
                          We made a transction and it was failed but the amount was debited
