I have opened a demat account with tradebulls security private limited, after recieving more then 50 calls. Please open a demat account with us. I have agreed to open an account with few account opening charges and i have given them 5000 rs as deposit money after that i began my trade just for demo purposes
I have done intraday trading on mc dowells spirit share i had squared off my positions, so now i have left one order open in my trade book, i. E. (10 shares @ 3069=rs.30690). The order executed automatically because of share price fluctuation. But i have not recieved any trade confirmation (Most important as per guidelines given by sebi), due to which my shares got auctioned without my knowledge because i have not received any trade confirmation and my settlement done at 27066.04 rs. The net settlement gives me profit of rs3499, after that the broker charge excess rs. 6750 form my account now i had suffered total loss of 6750. After talking to them they are arguing that mistake is on your part. We do not entertain client who opened their account with rs.5000. Why you have opened account with us. Now you have to deposit more of 25000 so that you can access your account, and they don't even know how to talk with normal human. They are kept arguing and trying to prove me wrong, now my account is not accessable through the user id - dlrp1492 (Given by them).
I am very frustrated the their staff behaves with me, but i don"t want to enter any unnecessary arguements. I find consumer complaints as best place where i can get my loss compensated. Please take quick actions because they are making fool of consumers inviting them through providing low brokerages and blocking their accounts.

My a/c is with tradebulls is nearly since 1 month at ahmedabad. From the begining they do not provide online pass wards and when provide it were false one. The pass wards provide for back office were also incorrect. Every day mr. Chirag was trading nearly 5 to 10 times more of my money in share market. And every day he was informed that fantastic profit is obtained. On calling him personnaly he was informed to come at saturday and there after again on next saturday. After 1 month he coming with a/c papers and shows all 4 a/c s were in loss. One a/c had loss of rs. 40, 000/- and other had 9, 000/- and more. Every time i had given him clear instruction that no gambling should be made in my a/c s and trading should be made with stop loss. But to earn profit for his co. By trading charges every day he made gambling with my money. Nearly rs. 70, 000/- loss and rs. 3.75 lac is blocked in shares whose value goes down.
As per sebi rules they have to keep tape recording conversation of trading instruction and on prooving that mischief has made in the trading account then co. Is liable for both civil and criminal proceedings under i. P. C. Secs.406, 420. Case against the trader, co's m. D., chairman will be filed. I had asked for tape recording conversation which will clearly prooves that each and every time i had given him instruction not to take high risk and if there is loss then it should not be more than rs. 1, 000/- to rs.1, 500/-. The complain file at sebi, nse, bse is worthless as these type of co 's has no worry of it. Criminal case under i. P. C. Sec. 406, 420, 120 b, 34, 114 and case at civil court will provide result inspite of approaching sebi. On approaching chirag 's head he had no time to talk. Thus it is a highly cheated co. Have no fear nor respect for it's client.
