inappropriate way of talking

Dear sir,
On 29/11/2019 your executive came, his name was mangesh shinde from mumbai (Andheri),
He was forcing to upgrade the package, we said him that will upgrade afterwards in few days.. But he talked very rudely and also insulted my dad by using inappropriate word, high tone, talked on value etc.. For this service had we paid??
Now i am confused should i upgrade with trade india or not?? What if again in future we get the same thing??
Words he used:- high tone, insulting words, aap logo ko dekhkar lagta hai ki app zyada upar wala package nahi loge, screaming yelling, rudeness, time kharab karte ho, told our manager ki aese logo ke site par itna mehnat kyu karta hai etc...

I request everyone to do not spend a single penny on this website
I paid 32000 rupees for our products sale n promotion
Not a single enquiry or not a single successful trading done yet
Not even earned a single rupee yet
Sales / marketing person are so clever that they will impress you by 100s of ways

We have made an advance payment of rs.10000 to tradeindia online promotions on 28.12.2015 and later the balance payment was made on 17.02.2016. They have said that their service will start after the full payment of money. We have completed the payment of rs.24000 and no service is started yet. This is cheating by tradeindia. When we complaint regarding also they have no response . Very bad service of tradeindia. Our company profile and details collected and no service done. It delaying the growth of our company so please take any action of compensation regarding. The mental strain caused due to tradeindia .

Salesman Rajeev took 75000 for our listing with a host of other services.after one month abhishek called and asked to pay 25000 for ssl and other things or we would not get any previous as well as some new services.why wasn't I told earlier about this .. I opened an account with them this Jan 2019.
I want a REFUND.

TRADEINDIA CHEATING US

I am Abhishek Ghosh.Recently, I have tied up with tradeindia for my business promotion of "Shubho laxmi garments". i have purchased my own domain for promotion in Google for which I was charged by them Rs.26500/- on 16/08/2014 but still it is not yet done.Even with the domain, they were supposed to provide me E-Mail id but alas this is also not done.Whenever I tried to get in touch with them, the company representatives gave me false hopes and assurances of doing it very soon but nothing happened till now.
This company is just playing tricks with me so as to cheat the money.I have all the documented proofs for which I am putting a complain to Consumer Forum so as to get the right judgement.

By submitting this complaint, we would like to warn everybody to stay away from tradeindia.
This is how they are cheating people :
Step 1: 2 smart business representatives will sweet talk you to sign up and offer you immense benefits.
Step 2 : They will become friends and pressurise you for payment for "month end" deals
Step 3: Another representative will visit you from another department. He will say that you will not get what you were offered with the talks.
Step 4: Go back to the sales representatives and you find they donot care and have no interest anymore. In short their only job is to talk people into signing contracts.
Step 5: Go back to the other department, and they will inform you that they cannot help you.
They visit you 5 times for payment, once that is done, you can be sure they will never visit you again nor ask you if you are happy.
In short the money is gone and has to be written off as a bad investment.
I have written strong mails to their helpdesk but no reply.
None of my phone calls are ever returned. There is no interest to work for clients.
Rather it is full of young job seekers who are just in it for the money, and they themselves know that they will leave the job in a short time.
This is actually the fault of the management who is letting these young sales representatives free in the market to pick up contracts at any cost. So far there is no communication from the management in spite of my repeated mails and phone calls.
We warn everybody to stay away from tradeindia, they have no ethics except to pick up contracts at any cost.

Hello frnds ,
I am sharing my experience with tradeindia
I am joining tradeindia 6 months back , and till now I am not get zero rupees benefits and Atleast I not got genuine Inquiries
Dont trust this company , These all people are fully trained to cheat people and business men ,
before they are doing many promises and after payment they are ignoring ,
Their work only to make members by phone calls , They are not intesrested to treat members , They want membership fees , Not want any member
Totally bogus site and services , They never fulfilled thier promises ,
For payment they called you daily and daily big big talking , and telling about big companies
But when you did payment , now game change , Now they not call you , Now we need to call and tell them , Sir What happen I not get Inquiries
then they assure us every time , Sir Wait , Wait
Please take monthly trial , Dont do Payment full

i paid rs 17000 for internet advt. in trade india . But it is a big fraud company .i got registered in august 2012 so far i've recd not even a single query.Its executive sandeep Bhatia is a big chor and liar.Never turned after booking advt..Friends please never give money to these guys..
