Dear sir, today morning when going for morning walk on the law college road from panorama hills towards pedda rushikonda a saw a group of youngsters on the road doing photography of motorcycle stunts being done by a boy on ktm duke white colour bearing registration no ap31dy 4894. The boy was racing and braking suddenly to get the motorcycle on one wheel and his friends were recording and taking photographs. When i stopped and noted down the number, the motorcyclist came menacing towards me and threatened me. When i accosted him and called the security of panorama hills, he rode away from the place at a high speed and his friends (07 nos) who were on two scootys also ran away. After some time the motorcyclist again returned at high speed and i could only take a picture of him. Please counsel these youngsters regarding the dangers they are exposing themselves to and to the general public.

Sir, i found suspicious two wheeler abandoned in my lane for more than a month now, bearing ap31 aq4171. Please do the needful. Location - narsimhanagar, visakhapatnam 530024, behind spencer, next to the park wall on the southside. Though i tried to load the photos taken of the suspicious vehicle, i am unable to upload these photos as their size seems to large according to your format, fyi.

As i was generally checking my vehicle's fine in the website www.apechallan.org . i have noticed an unusual thing that a wrong fine has been imposed on my byke instead of other. my vehicle is Hero Activa 3G and challan with registration number AP 31 DL 2541 and the photo attached was of Hero passion pro which was of number AP31BL2541. please review this challan

Today around 4:45 pm i have called an auto which was passing by when i came out from st. Paul's church, at governors bungalow, near hsbc.

I bargained for 70 rupees from there to akkayyapalem, srinivasa nagar, my residence.

The auto driver is around 60 years, shrewd looking, took rs 100/- note from me at my house and when i saw that he was not giving me change i asked for the remaining balance, he rudely said nothing to give back and when i said i will give a complaint to traffic police, he said do what ever you want and sped away quickly. I was dumbstruck.

I couldn't take down his auto number.

I could just note down "his police station registered number,
I. E 2 town 204"

It's not about money. It's about his exploitation.
Please do call him and warn him.

Sir, i would like to know from the visakhapatnam traffic police department that what action will be taken against a landlord's son who claims himself to be a lawyer and yet breaks traffic rules in place and uses very abusive and foul language on being questioned for indulging in car race (Suv's) and rash driving at night time. "na bandi na ishtam... Nuvvu naku emaina pettava chesava... Who the # are you to question me... Nuvvu evadivi ra nannu adaga daniki... Naku nachinnattuga nenu naduputanu... Dikku unna chotaki velli cheppuko ra... Nikemaina ainda... Avaledu kada... Moosukoni po ra". Moreover he tries to threaten and warn me of dire consequences by showing his might and approach. He makes fake calls to police and creates absolute chaos, stalls me from getting away from the scene since i have no proof to prove him that he was wrong.

Sir, while am coming from simhachallam station one of the railway duty vechile hit my bike and he is driving rash he is used vulgar language, and i said i give a complaint on you and he said that do what you want even you dont touch my hair like that he said. Auto rickshaw no:- ap31tt2397, this concernt auto rickshaw driver is fully consumed alcohol while in duty and driving out of control, i questioned regarding this matter, then he dropped me middle on road and quarreled doing rowdism on me, using unparlimantary language and try to physical handle on me, another traffic passengers stopped him.. He is unfit for driving and not safety to passengers, please take action on him.. And cancel his license.

My car was damaged by other car owner who was driving the car when he crossed from right to left lane and inspite of that he was abusing me. I am enclosing the photo of car with which the fellow car owner damaged my car. The car owner also behaved with mw very rudely. He also took photo of my car and threatened me seriously. I thought of asking whether he knows the traffic rules or not but as traffic was heavy i coolex down though my car got damages but that fellow car owner came out of car and abused me inspite mistake being on his side

While coming down from automotive from highway to krishna college road take 1 st left in jothi nursing home lane and then take immediate right. (When we take right there 24x7 road is getting blocked an unable to use the road as vechiles are parked. Facing problem from 2 months

I'm living in vizag since 5 years near rk beach, recenly the traffic rules on rk beach on weekends has changed. Because of that public was suffering like a lot, especially nonlocal who came to enjoy the vizag. Traffic police are looting them with fines.
I am a victim in one of them, i parked my car opp to vuda children park rk beach, where as no sign boards of "no parking" and no policemen to guide us. When we went to beach and on return my car was towed by traffic towing vehicle. I'm with my wife and two small kids with wet clothes.
When i contacted nearest traffic police, he is reacted very harshly and he is shouting on me and my wife like we did some crime. After some time a traffic police came with vehicle, i requested him to take me to my car, because there is no allow of autos. He is very hesitated and left us. When i contacted traffic inspector over phone, he is also giving warning and trying to threaten me.

Here my question is what mistake i did.
They have not kept the proper sign boards or no policemen to guide us.in return they literally harassed us. After one hour drama one police came to us and took me to my
Vehicle. By the time my two kids are crying like anything and my wife also suffered because we are with wet clothes.

Even there are some other vehicles parked because no signboards, traffic police does same thing.

I don't know where to give complaint but somebody has to teach them a lesson.

When we obeyed the rules they fine us, in reverse what should i do for not giving proper directions and showing power to harrassed me.

An auto driver was drunk when we are coming in his auto from railway station to hb colony. And talking non sense in the auto by giving rude answers and not at all following our instructions.. We also warned him that we would complain regarding your service and behavior and he was replying in a sarcastic way that what would police do and talking rubbish. Then we gave him money and went back home without any argument..
Kindly take charge an this auto driver, it may damage our visakhapatnam reputation when outers steps in his auto

Good evening sir this is siva prasad. When i was returning to my home from office at sheelanagar one police man stoped my byke and the cause is sound pollution. He dont have any measuring instrument. He charged challana 1000 rupees and same police man stopped another byke for same cause but police man didn't charge the challana because he used reference call from some one we have video evidence i am attaching challana photo copies

Hi i m a doctor working at visakhapatnam am writing this complaint as i m damn frustrated with the way the parking has been organised in beach road ..there is no separate parking slot for cars left as many of the citizens park their bikes in the slots for cars ..when the police impose fines for four wheelers parked on bike parking slot why dont they organise the parking system.and impose fines for bikes which are parked in cars slot ..just because people arent questioning does it mean they impose fines and do not care about the parking system ...i have also complained to the traffic police at beach road several times noone cares ..why ll there be rush or traffic jam or cars at no parking boards if the system of parking is properly organisedm.so foolish nd ridiculous that there isnt a change in it since long...

Sir, I'm driving in Beach road at a speed of 20-25 kmph on June 3 2018 at 5:00pm with my friends then traffic police stopped me n then he stopped all the bikes above 150cc and then one more police came and started writing fines...we didn't do anything for my bike they wrote 1135/- fine sir without doing anything if we ask reason they are saying yesterday one accident happened so cp orders they wt did we do...wt did common people? Why r traffic police catching normal people and writing fake fine? Is it what they can do?

I was riding my scooter ap31ed7266 from dondaparthy railway hospital to sujatha nagar at a speed between 40-45 but to my surprise i was caught by traffic police at sujatha nagar junction for crossing speed limits and rs.435/- was fined under challan no. Ap[protected] time 17.49 dated 29.05.2018. Now i would like to know at what speed i should ride the entire stretch and where were the speed restrictor boards. Please justify.

This incident happened on 2nd may 2018 around 12pm.
The incident took place on old police station road gajuaka i. E behind lucky shopping mall
The driver of this vehicle is using abusing words on the road users on saying him not to enter a road which is very small as he is using a big vehicle. The guy is not even wearing his seat belt. I request you to take action on the driver. The vehicle belongs to "pai electronics"

Car-honda jazz (Ap31dt5511) has been parked in front of our appartments gate. Because of this it became difficult for us to move out or in. As we have only one outlet from our appartments to move out. The owner of the car has even warned and also brought some of the outsiders to manhandle our watchmen after he asked him to move the car aside from the gate.

This is to inform you that when I had to pickup an auto from Siripuram to RTC complex. Basic auto charge is 5 rs . However auto driver charged me 7rupees and spoke very ruthlessly and even he came on me to give a slap. Being an employee I was not into an argument with such people as I am in my work. You might think this is a small problem but for the people like us it's very big one. Consider atleast 200 people travelled in an auto daily if he charge 2rupees he is collecting 400 daily . If it comes for a month more than 12000 he earns with just over charging. I won't say all the auto drivers are like that but the one I faced is very bad. With this i thought of bringing notice to you with the auto details.

When i was going to home from jagadamba to sriharipuram today evening around 6:40, suddenly trafic police (Malkapuram station) divert the trafic (Only two & three wheelers) at port quarters junction near inhs kalyani hospital, because at sriharipuram junction jaatara (Parasa) is going... So i asked to trafic police sir why allowed four wheelers to go mainroad, why we go to another road and i dont know this divert route how can i go... Immediately trafic constable said then stay here and sleep... After that trafic police take by bike picture and sent echallan immediately... It is too bad sir, as a citizen i have a right to ask... I dont pay this illegal e challan.

Palem to car shed junction the below mentioned bus AP31 TH 3636 coming out from Mithilapuri colony came very fast and hit my car in my right hand side and damaged it. When we tried to question, he was very harsh and by the time I get down the car he escaped. By my experience I may say he is in drunken state. He not only abused me and my style of driving when i was static position and also abused my wife. Kindly address our grievance and get the damages reimbursed.

I am a student and i have to board an auto everyday in order to reach my home.
So, the other day (I. E), 18th december 2017, i was waiting at the appugarh bus stop for an auto to board back to maddilapalem and a auto driver misbehaved with me. So, i request you to take an action against him. Being a girl, i dont feel safe at all now. The auto number is - ap 31 ta 4706
He was passing sexual comments irrespective of the presence of many people around. I didn't know what to do and henceforth, complaining here, hoping for an action against him.

I was driving right most side and was searching for a signal/crossing where i can move to left side. On one signal one traffic police caught me and fined me rs 1035/-. I was driving my bike at max 10 km/hr and that too rightmost side so that others may not face problem. Since i have recently moved from bhubaneswar so i didn't know much about the roads so was searching signal to change side. Traffic police gave me a challan and told to pay it within 14 days. Since i had money with me so i paid at that time only. I gave him rs 1100/- and he returned me rs 60/- instead of rs 65/- (I don't know why rs 5 he didn't return, anyway i was not expecting even rs 60/- in return). Later on when i came room then i searched on google and came to know that fine/penalty for 'violating one way' is only rs 200/- then on which basis i was fined for rs 1035/-? Can anybody please explain that?
And whats the difference between 'violating one way' rule and 'driving wrong side' rule. Point to be noted is i was driving at less than 10 km/hr speed and i was ready to pay fine but why wrong fine was charged from me.

Sir just to collect my wife standing at bus stop traffic police stopped me and issued challan copy to the amount of rs.1, 035/-. I have done mistake but i feel the compounding amount is very high, i am working in consultancy office and getting salary rs.8, 000/-.
Traffic police alertness are very good and appreciable to avoid accidents in future.
I request your goodselves kindly reduce the compounding fee with nominal charges to enable to understand and not done any mistates in future.

Two incidents

1 i was fined on the way to geethams college for exceeding 40km/hr and there was not even one speed limit board on the way to look at. They are stopping all the vehicles and uploading the details for fine.
Not even giving an explanation for what.
2 8th october, on beachroad in front of novotel, i took a diversion to opposite lane as my way lane is blocked with barrygate. Many vehicles took the same way and traffic police in next junction stopped us started shouting at us and started taking clicks at us. When asked why they r doing so, they respond as if people are slaves to them. And dnt even bother to listen to us about tge barrygate, all they are doing is to show their work frustration on people.
It's bcoz of such police, we loose ur respect towards police deparrment who protect us.

Respectd sir, iam residing at akkayyapalem sangam office area opp: dali raju super market road.in this area there is a lot of traffic problem from evening onwards this is the main point to go srinivas nagar and so, in evening there is a traffic problem by rao fitness zone gym vehicles, there is a lot of here public issue by parking. We have raised number of online complaints in the gvmc complaint portals, but till date we are unable to get the solution.

Our complete area is occupied with the small scale shops on the footpath and on the road and there is no space for public to walk nor to park the vehicles. Escpecially between 4 pm and 11 pm.

One car bearing regn no. Ap31 bg 6826 is being kept in front my house. This causes traffic problem when i take my car from inside. I have to stop my after taking car on the road to get down and close the gate of my house because of of the car parked in front of my house. May a time i requested the owner not to park in front of my house, he does not bother. Today i. E. On 01.08.2017 whole day he kept the car in front of my house. This creates a lot of inconvenience to me. Irequest to advise the above car owner not to park the car in front of my house. I also observed that a month ago when my opposite house owner objected parking of car in front of his house, this car owner pelted a stone at his house a broken the glass of window.

Traffic police stopped me and said show me all documents. I provided all.. But he is said not wear helmet.. Already i wearer my helmate just removed for showing documents.. He said to me pay chalana.. I opposed his si also supported him..

Yesterday around 6:30 pm evening me and my brother on two wheeler scooty stopped at sivarama reddy sweets at complex to buy sweets. After buying sweets we thought of going have irani chai it is located under the bridge, we just started from there the traffic is little bit tight opposite to four season we thought of taking the small road the auto wala suddenly took left and arguing with us.
