1GB RAM YET NOT REPLACED

I am HUSAIN KHANDWAWALA. I had Transcend 1GB DDR1 RAM from Mumbai (Lamingtone Road Market).
After FEW month o[censored]sing. RAM was giving me the problem. In the JULY Month I Submitted my 1GB Transcend RAM to Transcend Service Center at TARDEO (ACCEL FRONT LINE SERVICES LIMITED) on 12/07/2012.
That office receptionist told me Replacement will come after 45days. But whenever i call there they are telling we did not get the Replacement. Please sort out this issue. They are not given me replacement.
i have mail to their headquater but they told we will replace as soon as possible
If this is true that Transcend is not given them the Replacement then why Transcend is Selling New RAM in the Market. If they cant sort out the problem the existing customer, Please sort out this issue. I want my RAM back AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

memory card not replaced even after 2 months

I had given my 32GB micro sd card for replacement on 12/6/2012 to Accel Delhi and till date there is not update from service center. I received a mail that there is shortage of memory card. Request you to please kindly help in closing the case ASAP.

Faulty Hard Disk

I had purchased a 640GB Portable Hard disks from Transcend.within 3-6 months o[censored]sage the HD stopped working.I lost all the data stored on it.I was asked to contact Accel Frontline in Chennai for a replacement.Its been close to 3 months that I have submitted the HD to Accell but there is no sign of getting a replacement.Transcend says they are out of stock.2 of my colleagues also faced the same issue.I also heard that many people who had purchased similar HD faced the same issue.
So i would like to caution all the people who are purchasing transcend products to refrain from buying any Transcend products.I spoke to many transcend customers when waiting(In long queue) to register complaints at Accell.All of them were unhappy with the products and moreover with the after sales service support.

Warranty Item Not replaced

I have given TRANSCEND 8GB Pen Drive to the Service Center on[protected] at Mysore, because the Pen Drive is not working.
In Service Center, They told me, Come after 2 months & your Pen Drive will be replaced, but I have been asking for pen drive till date, but no positive results from Service Center.

product given for repair not being recd

my MP 3 player has been recd by Accel Frontline for repair vide their call ID TSCBEX[protected]DW ON 22ND Aug at their Madurai office. But till date, no resonse. They are making irresponsible reply for my repeated follow up calls. I do not know how to proceed further.
Their Madurai office contact no.[protected] and their HO concact person Mr Thiagarajan on phone[protected] who is also answering properly.
Should i have any legal remedies?

Dishonest warranty department
Purchased a transcend pen drive because of the lifetime warranty. Sure enough, it failed to detect, so I used the web site and got an RMA number, followed the instructions and sent it back, packing the drive carefully. Weeks later it was returned with the usb port bent and a rejection letter, claiming I abused the pendrive. I called to complain, it they said they took a picture and see it is bent.
Looking under a jewler's loup, I found some suspicious markings of someone bending the usb sleave so it could not be inserted.
I suspect they try to format the pen drive and if they can't they squeeze the usb port , take a picture, print a rejection letter and send it back.
I WILL NEVER BUY A TRANSCEND PRODUCT AGAIN.

i am T Ravi Kiran. i am using 2 GB pendrive for near about a year which i have purchased from Bhopal.

My trancsend pen drive 4 gb not working what to do
my pen drive was not working by 3 day so many problam so plz help
I HAVE A PENDRIVE (Transcend 4GB).I WAS USEING SINCE LAST 1 YEAR. NOW SUDDENLY WHILE INCERTING IN USB PORT OF DESKTOP COMPUTER (Window xp), GETTING A MESSAGE AS BELOW

Pathetic Warranty Support

I am facing an issue with Transcend. The company seems to have a very poor attitude towards its customers. I will never again buy any product from Transcend. I also advise everyone else to stay away from their products, as the company's priority list does not include customer service or satisfaction.
Here's my case. My Transcend 2 GB RAM (memory module) failed during August 2010 and I immediately gave it to Accel Frontline (Transcend's customer support partner) for replacement. I was told it would take 25 days to get a replacement and I was shocked. It was not an expensive, outdated or rare product that I was returning. It was a cheap 2 GB memory module which is still in the market, and as I learned later, still in stock at the stores. When the company has the product available for sales, why couldn't it make it available for warranty replacement? What is the point of warranty then?
But I had to accept and leave as I had no choice. 25 days passed, and now almost 50 days are gone. I am stuck with an useless system at home, as you all know RAM is an essential component. Transcend does not seem to know or care.
I don't have the money to buy a new memory module and even if I did, I am unsure if the timings of the new module will match the replacement module if it ever arrives. So thanks to Transcend, my mind is stressed on a daily basis, which I am sure must have affected my mental and physical health. I am stressed because I am helpless, have nobody to complain to (Accel is only a partner company and I can't blame them for anything other than partnering with a *&^%$ company like Transcend).
Anyone who reads this, I beg you to spread the word and advise all of your friends to treat Transcend products like the plague. If you have already bought from the company, cross your fingers and pray on a daily basis that you never have to approach them for warranty replacement, because there seems to be no such thing.

I am facing a similar problem with my recently purchased Trancend 2GB DDR3 RAM. I contacted Accel frontline here in Ahmedabad andthey said min. 45 days of response time or may be more. I too was shocked and still in confusion that shall I surrender my RAM to them or not???? Is there any provision for official response time to the query by customer from Transcened? I wish transcend will resolve my problem and get my RAM replaced within 5 to 7 days.
Transcend gives lifetime warranty ... you will get your damaged product replaced at the end of your life...

Pathetic service from Transcend. For a lifetime warranty product, the service center says that it will take 90 days to replace the product. Even if the company has to check the product, ideally it should not take more than a week. Moreover there is system of having a spare parts to help the customers temporarily till replacement of defective parts is done. Only way to teaching this type of companies is to stop buying their products
Thhey told me it would take 4 months for replacement of portable hard disk!
I have the same problem in my transcend 1TB external hard disk. If I connect it with computer it makes mild beep sound inside the hard disk and stops. But the system could not recognize the hard disk. I approached Accel service center at Chennai and they ask for minimum 3 months for replacement warranty. whether we can get the product in 3 months? Is there any possibility to retrieve the lost documents?

Dear sir,
I have purchase new Trancend Pendrive 4GB on cash 750/-RS on 02/03/2009
But now some softerware problem occured suddenelly. The pendrive dosent read in system .then i have show this pendrive to were i purchase this one but he told me there is no service center in jabalpur (m.p) so there is not be repair nor replaced.
But when i have purchase this pendrive in cover compney write Life Time Warrantey.

i have purchased Transcend music player from big bazar (kothrud branch) on 23rd march'09. during the purchasing following points were informed to me which are found totally base less.
1. They told me that big bazar is giving you warranty for a period of one year for this product, wn i complained that this is not working, they simply told me that be in touch with company. further bid bazar is not responsible for that.
2. They told me that there is service centre at stara for any kind of proble...wn ur face problem just come over here we will rectify it...wn i found problem i approached to big bazar...they simply told me we are not responsible...go to service centre at satar. after that i come to know that there is no such service centre of transcend.

my transcend 4gb mp4 player, s stopped functioning like no recording . on 29th Jan 2008 i have given to them and till date 19th of may 2008 i haven't received my product . they said me to replace that very good as i was not having my bill but i do had my warranty, but it seems that they are not bringing the product, what ever the reason may be. at the time of submitting the product they said that it would take more or less 1month 15 days but now it is 3 months and 15 days...

sir, ibuy a Transend iPod from Kings mobile, Vellore on 23.2.2008. This having 1 year warrantly. Last month this ipod is repair. I returend to kings mobile for this warranty period. I have a Transcend Jetflash V60 8GB pendrive i bought from ebay, I have mailed them regarding Warranty but no response I have Forwarded the same to seller but again no response from him. When i tried to contact Mediamen Infotech at my locality he said only from where i have bought it i should ask for service!

i had bought a Transcend JF V 30 - 1GB in 2006 from Dimension Next Infocom Pvt ltd- # 103, Madhuban 55, Nehru Place, New Delhi.
my pen drive has suddenly stopped working as it is not been detected in the computer.
i was looking for the cash receipt of the pen drive, but unfortunately i could not find it, but i remember that it had a warranty for 5 years... i would like to know how can i replace it or get the above mentioned repaired.

I bought a JF V30 2 gig pen drive which worked fine for a while. Next time I got a message saying 'no card detected'! Next, my computer froze completely. Sometimes the data can from the drive can be seen in windows explorer, sometimes not, but the computer always freezes. I have tried the repair software from the drive web site, even though it says alal data will be lost, but all it says is that it needs the permission of the adminstrator to use it. I am the adminstrator! I will never buy anything from this company ever again. My only comfort is that all the data on the drive is a copy, and I always back up my data elsewhere anyway.

TRANSCEND JF V30/32GB PURCHASED A WEEK BACK NOT WORKING.
I have purchased Transcend Jet flash V30 32GB pen drive from a shop. But suddenly after 2 weeks it got stopped and it couldn't be formatted. The error shows as "FAT" only instead of "FAT 32". So, please suggest me what to do or how to format or recover this one.

Transcend — Music Player gone faulty
HiI had bought a Music Player from Transcend model no. t850. It was working fine but suddenly the screen went bad. I have tried contacting them trough e mails but there is no responce. i got a gift a pen drive on my last birthday it were transcend 8GB JF V60. After two or three month it giving problem, the process of copy and past is gone to very slow, And after that it was not even ditect. there is some internal problem in this physical it will ok.I went to service center that is located in wagholi pune, and i meet there Mr.somnath but refused to take my product for replecement, he said that i dont have this color of pen drive with me.
What i do can u give me somr suggestion for this case.
i dont have the bill of this product because it were gifted to me by one of my friend.
the product have life time worrenty, but for what use.

Sir,i have purchased one 4 GB PEN DRIVE from Next retail outlet, Karol Bagh, New Delhi and it is not working since day 1. Next Outlet ask me to visit cervice centre at Nehru place (New Delhi). i have visited the Transcend service centre but transcend offecial relpied that we do not attend complaints from customers, we attend complaint through dealer / distributor only. I again contacted Next Retail outlet tell them story, Next Retail Outlet offecial are not taking any action and asking me to again visit to service centre.
Kindly advise.

Transcend — Flash drive warranty problem
I bought a Trancend 4gb Flash Drive on 2 years before. Now the the material is out f order.The flash drive covers 3 years warrenty. M/s Transcend now ignoring to repair/change the material. They given us an argument that the serial no which was printer on the material is now erased. Basically the serial no was not protected with cover or etc.This is to understand that after using 2 years the no should be erased & that is normal.I am very much disappointed with this type of scenerio.
