Cibil Account is locked for some reason (not sure why)
Though called multiple times, there is no response from the cibil customer care. Request team to provide alternate solution to unlock the account or atleast provide information on the email address. This is delaying the loan process a which is a huge loss to the middle class families like us who rely on the loans.
