The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Completely Agreed...
Travel Accurate are the WORST travel agents.
I highly recommend NOT TO GO THROUGH them.
The did take all the money in advance saying booking won't be done without full payment.
They gave us in written our dates of tour (21june -27june), but then they booked our air flight for the next day(22june).
Then even after long discussion and arguments, they didn't correct their mistake...
Travel Accurate are the WORST travel agents.

Travel Accurate Holidays in Delhi is the worst travel agent. do they understand the meaning of accurate first of all? they have booked hotels on wrong dates and are telling me to pay extra for their mistakes.And after long discussion they said they will make the changes but again they repeat the same mistake . what kind of travel agents they have??? we had done booking for our kerela trip and i think they are purposely doing this to make...
