I ordered on May 4th in Trinkshop.com and my item not delivered yet. Its been 25 days now and I am unable to contact them from the contact details they provided. The email is also bouncing back. For the order, I paid an amount of ₹1, 197.00

They are into some fraud activity. please look into it and help us in getting my refund.

Order placed on 6 sep 2020 but till now they not dispatched it or canceled it as i requested for refund. I am unable to contact them, by all means, they provided on their website. Fake & irresponsible company.

I have purchased a tempered glass for my samsung galaxy a71 mobile, but when received the goods from your company it is not fit on my mobile, it is very small in size, so that as a consumer i request you to take return my tempered glass, hope you do so, thanking you,,,,,,, from md jawed

I placed an order for phone tempered glass (Qty -3) the total amount i paid was rs 748. When i see my order on company's website it says processing from last 14 days. I tried calling the company on the number provided on website[protected], however the number is invalid. I sent them an email to enquire about my order @[protected]@trinkshop.com, and got a bounce back that address not found. I am not able to reach them.

Can you please take some strict action against them and help me in getting my money back.

This was in regards to my interaction with mr. Monga (+[protected] for an order of 2 impossible glass (Scratch guards) and 1 usb charging cable for i-phone 7 plus. As per my discussion with him, i had transferred rs. 599/- on the 12th of october 2018. I was promised the products to be delivered in 5 days. The order was not delivered and i started following up with him but he hardly responds through whatsapp. I am not able to reach on this number as he is traveling abroad and only interacts through whatsapp. I have sent several requests through their 'contact us' section on their website - https://www.trinkshop.com/contact-us/ but no one has responded yet. Whenever i send an email on [protected]@trinkshop.com, the email bounces back. Tried several times reaching on their number +91-[protected] but its invalid. I have been requesting this person n number of times but he doesn't bother to send my order. Everyday he commits that the order will be delivered in 2 days but that never happens.
Request all consumers ordering online from www.trinkshop.com, dont order through this website by paying in advance/online. Or else, you will have to beg for your order to be delivered. But there won't be any resolution. I am still waiting for my order to reach me. Hope it happens in this life.
