തിരുവനന്തപുരം കിള്ളിപ്പാലത്തുള്ള എന്റെ ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുള്ള കെട്ടിടം 2017ൽ exella എന്ന കമ്പനിക്ക് വേണ്ടി അഭിലാഷ് പി. വി( mob no. [protected], [protected])എന്ന വ്യക്തിക്ക് വാടകയ്ക്ക് നൽകിയിരുന്നു . 1 വർഷ കരാ റി ലായിരുന്നു വാടകയ്ക്ക് നൽകിയിരുന്നത്. 2018-ൽ പുതുക്കി നൽകുകയും ചെയ്തു. എന്നാൽ വാടക, കറന്റ്‌, വെള്ളം എന്നിവ കൃത്യമായി തരാത്തതിനെ തുടർന്നും മോശം പെരുമാറ്റം കാരണവും വാടക കരാർ പിന്നീട് പുതുക്കി നൽകിയിട്ടില്ല. എന്നാൽ ഇപ്പോൾ അവർ വാടക, വാട്ടർ ചാർജ് എന്നിവ തരാതെയും എന്നെ ഭീഷണിപ്പെടുത്തിയും എന്റെ കെട്ടിടത്തിൽ അനധികൃതമായി registration / license ഇല്ലാതെ പ്രസ്തുത കമ്പനി പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു വരികയാണ്. ഇത് കൂടാതെ എനിക്കെതിരെ കള്ള കേസുകൾ കൊടുത്തു മാനസികമായി പീഡിപ്പിക്കുകയും ആണ്. ആയതിനാൽ എനിക്ക് നീതി ലഭിക്കുവാൻ വേണ്ട നടപടി കൈക്കൊള്ളണമെന്ന് അഭ്യർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു.

I am prakash residing in Ayinkamam, Parassala, trivandrum. At the back of my home the person were running a carpentry machine to make furniture items for outdoor orders. This machine creates inaudible sound which lead to severe stress, headache and inconvenient to live. Besides my mother is a sick person (BP patient). Due to this sound she suffers a lot.

Please take this issue as serious matter.approximately more 5 year our road has maintain.Now our road become worst condition.we can't not even walk through it that much road become disaster. in the election time some of the candidate had said that they will take this road issue in first priority but not a single movement has started.chance of accident in this road is 99.99% .in this already there are lot of middle aged and old aged peoples are living, if they got any health issue we can't even call a public transport due to this road.drivers of the public transport are hesitating to come to take passengers or dropping.please consider this issue as serious matter.

Waste is getting dumped everyday opposite to my house around a electric post. Please help

The drainage water from first floor is leaking inside our home. My parents and 6 month old baby stays in same house. The kitchen wall is about to break and we are cooking food inside same kitchen. There are lot of mosquitoes coming out from this, kindly do needful at the earliest. My fathers brother is staying in first floor.

I reside in Vaniyath Lane, Mudavanmugal, Poojapura P.O., Thiruvananthapuram. There is a sizable open part of land in the neighbourhood.
The people who reside nearby to our home have no respect towards proper waste disposal and keep disposing plastic waste which also include sanitary napkins, Online delivery parcels, etc which has now extended to Vehicle tyres, cnstruction materials, etc.
We always complain about this to them but they do not care as the waste is not in front of their homes and they are too lazy to pay to dispose the Waste to the municipal corporation. They sometimes wait till we are gone so they can dispose the waste quietly.
We have repeatedly complained about this to the authorities, the residents association, the local counciller, etc but they do not care about the issue.
They occasionally set fire to the waste so the unbearable toxic fumes of plastic make it hard to breathe.
I myself am an asthma pateint and have breathing difficulties constantly because of inhaling these fumes.
I do not want to go to court in a lenghty legal battle about this or something but if I am forced to do so, I will.
The land is one which is not in our hands and is of some person who does not reside here currently so we cannot complain about this to them
I please request the relevent authorities to either construct a fence over the plot so that people dont dispose waste here or place security cameras around here for surveillance.
I hope that the relevent authorities fix the issue as soon as possible as we are the only people who are suffering about this everyday.

Huge trees grown near our compound pose a threat to our house and the compound walls. Requested them many times to cut off them or at least to cut off the branches grown over into our compound. 2 days back in the heavy rain and wind, a decaying coconut tree fell over our house. They didn't even bother to have look at it or remove the debris. Ironically our family has paid them to cut off the trees. Please look into this issue urgently and help us find a permanent solution for this problem.

There is a 13 cent land adjacent to my home(althara nagar, vellayambalam), where the owner is not bothered to clean and maintain it. It is in such an unhygienic state that we an encountering different kinds of pest attacks especially mosquitos. I have a 1.5 year old baby and we are really scared that she will get some disease if this is continuing like this. We are really scared of snakes coming from that plot. Please help us.

During heavy rains the manhole on the road in front of our house in Thampuran Mukku, Kunnukuzhy overflows with water and the drainage water rises up through the bathroom drains and floods the rooms in the house. We have noticed that after about 15-20 minutes of heavy rain there is a sudden inflow of water into theThampuran Mukku junction from RC junction, Kunnukuzhy. It seems that there is a blockage of rain water in RC junction and this water is being diverted to Thampuran Mukku. This causes flooding of the road from Thampuran Mukku to Miranda junction. It also results in total blockage of traffic on this road and water flooding into many houses at Thampuran Mukku.This has happened many times in the last one year causing a lot of hardships to the people living here. It may also cause infections leading to fatalities especially during this covid pandemic. Kindly look into this matter and provide a solution before the monsoon starts in June.

Household waste is being discarded in a property at Chennilode in Kunnumpurathu region, Off Ayankali Road. Attention required.Heavy Dog nuisance.The owner may be warned and board put up .

I'm nithin joseph staying in govt ngo quarters b 30, observatory line, nanadamanam... Two shops are being near to our house and they sell cigarettes to public, every smokers bought there and smoking infront of our house and create some noises and unwanted healthy situation besides that in the night time some public nuisance people throw food waste include plastic cover to our compound... So pls kindly get attention to this complaint and solved it...

Inconvenience is caused by disposing of water from the house pgra k12 & pgra k11 bagat singh lane vallakadavu po and providing water drain from roof sheets on to the road. This is a dead-end and the road has become narrow due to the construction of these houses.. The width of the road has to be 20links as per plan but now it is varying from 12 to 15 at the critical turning point. This is causing inconvenience to all vehicles coming here. Most of them go back reversing making pgra k13 and pgra k10 inaccessible for medium cars. We are staying in k10 and k13 and are put to maximum difficulties. This has increased due to the present construction done on k12. The waste of construction is also kept piling up for the past few days on the road.
Even though we have requested the same is not heeded putting us into difficulties. The main door gate is opening towards the door and at times one has to go and request for closing it for moving our cars. We have told that the door should not open outside before construction itself but was not heeded.
Kindly ensure that water is not disposed of off to the road and the gate is not opening to the road. A remeasurement of the road is to be done to ascertain the extent of encroachment and necessary action taken to make it as per approved lay out.

There is significant growth of vegetation outside our house giving shelter to poisonous snakes and animals making it difficult for commute and move especially during low light conditions. There are senior citizens residing in the house which makes it much more difficult and worrisome. We humbly request corporation to clean the area to provide safe living conditions for the its residents

I am a resident of Coimbatore and I have recently come to Trivandrum for my work and I stay in Block office, Kazhakootam.

I see that the area in which I reside doesn't have garbage colleting practise and hence the local residents burn the wastes which also includes 'PLASTICS'. I am not completely aware of the numbers fatal to our life but I know its deadly.

I own 3.5 cents with an old building under survey number 1130/1-1 in pettah village. This is just behind my mothers house. Both the houses are locked since 3 years as my mother was away for my delivery and later she was diagnosed with cancer. Recently when i visited my house i saw a grill placed on common wall which separate my house with that of my neighbours with a sheet on top of the grill which will drip water to my compound during rains. When enquired about this my neighbour mrs kavitha vinod said lame excuses about rats and then when questioned about consent she replied rudely to do whatever possible. As this grill extends to the next plot of another neighbour i enquired with them as well on this for which the old couple said though they raised the concern, mr vinod has threatened of manhandling them and his wife kavitha abused them and as they are old to run behind such issues they were forced to drop. As mr vinod and his wife has misbehaved with my aged mother aswell in the past when she used to reside there, i do not have any hope's on gentlemen talks. Hence request your help for fair judgment and justice

I am george joseph residing at house no.65 (T. C. Xi/1106), watts lane, nanthencode.
There is a huge anjili tree standing in the small plot of house no.66 belonging to one mrs. Beatrice. There are 5 houses surrounding the tree. The tree/branches of the tree may break and fall on these houses in the heavy rains or winds. The owner stays away in a different place after giving the house (No.66) on rent. She was approached many times to cut the tree or trim it to avoid any catastrophe. But she has not cared to do anything about it. We therefore request you to kindly initiate immediate action in this regard to avert any mishap especially in the wake of the forecast of cyclonic storm in the coming days. Thanks and regards. Dear sir,

I'm maya gopakumar residing at tc-17/1971, sivam, cra-30a, palace view road, poojappura, trivandrum. Mr. Seenu, who have constructed few buildings on the plot in front of my house (Hill view), didn't furnish any facility to drain the rain water falling on his property and contrary to that he directs the whole rain water gush into my courtyard which is in a sloping down position. This keeps me in immense trouble. Our residence association members and few political leaders spoke to him, but in vain. I request your good office to kindly intervene and solve this issue.

Next to our house there is a big water staging for more than a month. We request ower to close that, but no action is taken till date. Because of this we are very much affected by mosquitos and bad smell, almose more that 10 families are getting affected by this.
Please take necessary action as soon as possible

A recent upcoming house construction of Mr. Justin, accumulating mud waste and construction material waste in front of my house and gate premises for more than one and a half years. It is very dirty and makes uncomfortable to me and my family members to pass through the gate.
Though it has been informed to him many times, he didn’t respond. So, we are forced to clean these waste always in order to use our gate premises to enter/exit from our house. This affects our daily life both physically and mentally.
I humbly request you to take necessary action against him to stop this kind of disturbances so as to have a peaceful life .

There has been started National Highway development and Extend work in Trivandrum from Karamana to Vazhimukku(Kerala State). BUt Kerala Govt is doing this work not in a scietific Manner. One day they said it is only construction of BUS BAYS!! Another day they start work for Extension, but only straightening the curves!! BUt this work go in to their favour!!! Some place they will take pvt property 20 mtrs some place it is 1 mtr!!! Should Take or Acquire property equally from both the side. If after straigtening , the balsce palce could use for Parking!!! But they are playing false play!!! Some will lose entire property of 20 cents. But people who are favouring them will only go 2 or 3 mtrs only!!! Should provide GOVERNMENT JOB TO people who are giving more than 5 cents of Land in the existing Road and If they lose more than 10 cents , should provide GOVT Job to 2 people( maximum0, as their main earning is losing!!! Should end up favourism and take property equqlly from both side and should provide Rs 6 lakhs per cents as minimum for 1 cent of land.Please do the needful to acquire the property equally from both side!!!!
