Dear Team, My bangle box has been locked near about 15 days back and we have have called on your complaint no for registering the complaint your team member has confirmed that if my team will visit your home for resolution he will take charges of Rs.1000/- as service charge. Why I will pay service charge if 10 years guaranty on locker. Why it has not been described at the time of product selling. We are unhappy from your product and misguided by your dealer. Please look into the matter and resolve my problem within two days otherwise I will bound take some legal action.

I had purched triveni almirah from naugachia retaier but after one two month my locer not unlock and original key of locker then not open locker so kindly as soon as possible and plz contact my home then pla open my locker .
But know about ur triveni almirah that bed almirah because locer is very bed .now i will not buy triveni almirah.but i watching ur respons then .

I have purchased triveni almirah ( new kadambari) from value plus shop Gonda. I received almirah with dent and painting layer is also missing at the place of dent.one base shoe ( rubber stand) is also damaged. Two- three places are there where paininting quality is not up to the mark.
Pls do need full to repair on site or replace the product.

Sir mere almirah ki ek key kho gai h wo key pta ni kiske pas h to mujhe dusra lock lagwana h to sir iske liy kya karna hoga.
I have booked one almirah (brown colour) from bareilly triveni almirah showroom..from deep enterprises.they promised us to deliver our product in delhi, on 1 nov..but have not delivered the product till 5 oct..on 6 oct we received our product which is of red in colour..
Kindly provide the solution ..i want my almirah in brown only.
