True balance app calling me from different numbers everyday
so blocking a number became no solution .

something must do to stop this type of spaming

    On Truebalance app I have done recharge of rs. 399 on 24th Dec 2017, the recharge has been failed & the Truebalance app has displayed a message that the refund of Rs. 399 will be credited in your account within 7 working days, now, it's 30th day and still I haven't received the refund amount. Regarding this, I have contacted to Truebalance app team, provided them all the required information but didn't received the refund amount. That's why am placing this comment.

      I did my recharge from this application. But they failed it without any reason. And now i need the refund but they are not giving it and even not responding to me also. I need my refund back as soon as possible because my jio offer is only applicable for 2 more days and they are asking to me for 7 days. How it could be possible to give them such days.
      Sir i have 139.1 rupees in my true balance wallet on 15/11/2017. But sir on 16/11/2017 when i reinstalling my true balance application then it shows Rs 0 in wallet. And also when i tried to get lucky coin the balance of lucky coin is not added to my wallet. I am very disappointed about this. Please help me as soon as possible and refund my wallet rupees.
