Order number 3587 dated 29/4/2021 was unfulfilled. Its a scam I hold Razorpay responsible for not verifying merchants and acknowledge payments from such scam vendors. Surprisingly, even after complaining this vendor was and probably still active. I had made a complaint to cybercrime but it was not much help. I had many discussions with Razorpay care but I had no success....

Order for a cart of Mangoes by this company was a fraud and Razorpay facilitated this payment and I hold them responsible for not checking credentials of such merchants who fool people....

I paid ₹285 for dozen mangoes which are not reached to me...

Trsutcarts is publishing advertisement for purchasing kitchenware & mangos on facebook web site. I had placed order on 24 April 2021 for purchasing 10 KGs mango box, while making payment it was mentioned that the booking & delivery schedule details will be send on email ID but since day of booking I am keep continuing taking follow up by writing emails but did not received any kind of response. I tried to search costumer care number also...
