I had visited Europe(london, paris and switzerland) from 1st june 2019 to 11th june2019 for I have purchased this TSIM from the company below:-

this sim card did not worked for making calls to my home in India for which i had purchased the sim.
So i had to make international calls to India via outside pay booths, which costed me around Rs 5000. It was a total harrassment as there customer care people also did not respond and did not reply on my mail.

kindly help me out as some of my friends also experienced the same harrasment from TSIM company . this company do not provide services as they promise and can be related to doing fraud with customers.

I had purchased the Tourist sim while travelling to Thailand from TSIM, as I thought it would be convenient. However, the exact opposite happened and the sim card stopped working after one day. Even after I tried contacting the customer support, they were reluctant to help and kept on giving excuses. Please do not buy any sim card from TSIM. You can get the sim card at the airport and it will be authentic.
