I have made application for new meter connection at meeseva for tsnpdcl but they simply rejected it by reason customer not present and do not get a refund of amount paid this is for hno 8-1-194 situated at khammam local

    I have paid bill for the usc no :15487095 of amount 698 on Aug 19 for the month of July from mobikwik Transaction ID MBK[protected] even though payment is successful the bill added as arrear for my Aug month bill please look into my issue

      Iam from narsimhulagudem village nellikudur mandal mahabubabad district.Iam here to complain that the power cuts are as much more as it seems to be like we are not in a modern world. We are still living in a stone age time. Today they cutted power to whole village at 9:45 pm and it is 12:40am now still the power hasn't resupplied.It just a small rain for this they cutted the power supply.There line men doesn't work properly.and no one in village will come forward to ask what is what. 99% the consumers are poor to afford a inverter so plz don't ignore it. Your charge will help us from sleepless nights.one more thing they all are farmers from morning to evening they work hard and comes home and at night when you cut power then next day he will able to go to work.so plz consider and take action as soon as possible.

        Good evening sir,
        I am working as Divisional Engineer/Construction/Khammam.
        On date 12/04/2022, a news was published in local Eenadu edition with caption" KADALARU--VADALARU" alleging that there are many allegations against me (DE/Const/KMM) in supervision of development activities without any proof of evidence.
        In this context, it is to inform you that, I am working as Divisional Engineer/Construction/Khammam for the last 9years with utmost honest and sincerity and up to the satisfaction of my superiors without any complaint.
        Till to date, there are no single complaint/allegation against me as DE/Const/Khammam.
        As a news reader, I love Eenadu news paper.
        But, at the same time I can't digest for publishing of such a false and baseless news stating that there are many allegations against DE Const Khammam in supervision of development activities and there by damaging the image of a person in society.

        In view of the above, I request you to take necessary action against the concerned person who published the false news in Eenadu local edition without any baseless, other wise, I will approach the suitable forms for the
        injustice caused to me.

            I have mistakenly paid my electricity bill to the wrong number.
            My bill no is 14572467 and i mistakenly paid to 1457257 through phone pay. I went to the current office but it is of no use.
            Please verify my complaint it has already been 20 days

              The linemen and ae belongs to kantayapalem road of ero thorrur, warangal region are creating very much trouble to the consumers. They don't know how to behave with the consumer and even after i pay the bill through online, they removed my fuses and added me the additional charges. Im a doctor doing the service of the sick people, my patients also faced problem with the power loss in the time they are getting treated. The concerned ae didn't produced any kind of notice and they are not responding to my words at all. Please take strict action against them and i want explanation from the ae and linemen.

                I am having electricity bill with service number[[protected]] which belongs to ero ghanpur now e.in june 2018 i was given a bill with 850+ which was for struck up merer. I repeatedly requested to change meter immediately but changed after 3months just becoz there's shortage of meters that time.. I have paid 850+ for three months even though my consumption is low during the period. But now again i got a bill after change in ero ghanpur which again states arrear of 1800+ amount which is arrears of 2019 jan, fen n march... When i enquired about this, they... Keep telling u use more power etc.. We are just having 3 fans n 4 lights we dont use much current too how come we get bill upto 700+, how can middle class family who is not affordable to get food properly per day how can they pay such a huge amount when there is no proper income to the house.

                  I am having electricity bill with service number[protected] which belongs to ero kazipet now earlier belongs to hanmakonda.in june 2017 i was given a bill with 850+ which was for struck up merer. I repeatedly requested to change meter immediately but changed after 3months just becoz there's shortage of meters that time.. I have paid 850+ for three months even though my consumption is low during the period. But now again i got a bill after change in ero from hanamkonda to kazipet which again states arrear of 1800+ amount which is arrears of 2017 june july august... When i enquired about this, they told you should hav to pay as it came during audit time... Now my question is why should i pay even though i paid 850+ for three months without using much power consumption, now again u asking us to pay arrear amount to 1800+... Even thought it's your fault for not fixing the meter u made me pay 850+ for three months.. And now tsnpdcl ask to pay 1800+ as arrear amount.. So please look into the matter and please do justice for a common man and also warn tsnpdcl not to do cheat common man in the name of arrears as the meters were faulty which is not our mistake and taking 4months time to fix the meter due to negligence for not having number stock of meter s.                   Dear Sir,

                  I have my shatter in Kazipet, which was vacant since last July 2018, and in March we received minimum charges with arrears was 1, 357 plus which we paid in March 2019. In June 2019 we received another bill with 9, 993.22, and there was no one this shatter till 30 April 2019, we received a bill in June with 4030 + 4461 +1501. We can understand that 1501 we consume in May 2019, but how come I got 4030 + 4461 bill, when we checked with the line man, he said your meter was struck and we change the meter, and they charge these two amounts. I really appreciate if you could please check and let us know. I have attached copy of the bills for your kind reference.

                    Dear sir /me dam i am from telnagana state khammam dist my name sd aziz we are suffering with out power supply from last 405days and no body in department is justicing for uss and no bdy is responsimg for uss. So i have requesting u todo thejusticee tg for uss.

                    Reason; a money lender person is make an registration on his name by frouding the documents from uss. And he change in his wife name service number when we got this information we complient to the tsnpdcl dep and they provide uss the wrong information.

                    I have paid the electricity bill for the month of March 2019 through TSNPDCL website and the transaction reference number is QHMP[protected].

                    Though i have already paid the bill of March month it is still showing as arrear amount in the April month bill. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                      Sir, i am working as manager in sbi, yellandu and residing there only. My sc no.[protected]. I have received bill dtd. 04/11/2017 showing ₹480/-+₹740/-=₹1220/- as total bill to be paid before 18/11/2017 & disc date is 03/12/2017. (Snap of bill is enclosed)

                      Kindly tell what is the date of sc disc.in the light of the bill.

                      Today, i scheduled the bill & paid. Just now, at about 11.30, i returned home & shocked that my service is disconnected.
                      Sir, as per the bill, what is the disc date?
                      The line men & all your dept staff know me that i am staying there. Is it the courtesy of of your staff towards a consumer who pays the bill on dot evey momth. Are they dare enough to do the same in case real fraudsters/evaders. Your staff at 1912 tried to teach me how to analyze the bill, when i called him & requested for restoration of power.
                      Sir, almost for 14 hours i worked in bank returned home just for rest & recuperation. But this is my fate. Kindly direct your staff to do the needful right now. Even at your level also reaction is same, i will suffer to night, but, tomorrow morning, i will take appropriate steps against the errant staff.
