Hi Sir/Madam,

I tried to book a room in tirumala on 26th September for my darshan on 3rd November but got failed with money 2000 rupees debited from account. Few minutes later got message that money will be credited in 7days but still I didn't receive money 2000. Please check the screenshot for reference and help in getting my money back....

I arvind kumar booked a 300 rupees darshan 7 ticket on ttd online but the transaction failed but 2228 was paid from my credit card to ttd online but no tickets was issued so kindly refund my 2228 has so has possible transaction date 23|7|2017 e-mail i'd k.
