Hi I Rajeshwari purchased surgical steel Tawas two days back with 8000rs after preparation of of one dish Tawas was completely became black and unused replace duplicate product immediately else I will file go for consumer court

I had purchased a Tupperware smart chopper (pull cord). a red container, a blade, lid with a cord to pull and chop vegetables.

To my disappointment, the cord breaks quiet often. and I have to get it replaced from a Tupperware member/agent paying Rs. 100 - to 200/-.

The cord broke last December 2020 and I got it replaced after a waiting time of 5-6 months.

Note: The cord breaks often, and the waiting time happens to be 5-6 months.

I have purched water bottle o[censored]r company from your distributer at jalgaon maharashta india distributer name is pallavi chaudhari bottle breaks in bottom side, it is requested to you that as per your company policy fresh new bottle will be issued to me against faulty bottle, we all are mostly use your product and it is first time to face these type of problem pl provide further assistant - thanks

I have purchased an oil dispenser in which the lid is not closing properly & the salem dealer Mrs.sailakshmi she doesn't know how to behave with customer . She's saying that she will repalce the product only when we call the particular dealer from whom we bought the product &she is saying us to become a
member which is not right when we buy products they that if there is any defect we will replace them even though years passed & I have some more product in which lid is torn please take action against them

I want to inform you that few months before I have purchased tupperware flip flop bottle from flipkart. Its only two months and bottle starts giving foul smell. The same case happened with my lunch box which i had purchase 6 months back from shop.Its really very shameful the brand which is known for its good quality of plastic is using such materials which can even cause health issues. People generally go for brands and are also ready to pay high believing that the material that they are using is good but they are unaware that company is disguising them by using their brand name.

Hereby I am attaching invoice slip for proof. I want to request that stop playing with the money and health of people because their health and money is more important than your brand name.

I want to take immediate action on my complaint.

I have purchased all Tupperware items for my kitchen .mostly of all category with lifetime warranty at present many lids are broken & nobody is interested in replacing it everybody wants to sell their products that's all .I therefore request you to make arrangement for replacement of the lids as my large, small containers are lying useless .not only me but me along with my friend had replaced our new kitchen with Tupperware .
