I am turbonet service user and I paid for 3 months and everyday they have some issue in their services and now they said me to convert to fiber plan either my connection is get closed and I didn't want any new expenses because I bought new wifi box and for fiber different types of box is needed which I didn't want and my paid period is not over and they tried to convert me on fiber whenever I call for complaint they said change to fiber plan then this type of problem didn't occur but i didn't wanted to so please do something on this

We have availed internet service from turbo net by paying 550 every month. However there has been service issue alaways. Despite of several reminder company not resolving the problem. Every night internet is down. Also saying will not refund your money even not solving the problem. Moreover behaviour is rude. Every day there is service issue. Kindly look into it
