I had ordered two kurtas in twincefab.com on october 20 2018 which costs 598 and it said my product will be delivered in 7to8 business days but it's been more than that now i didn't get my product and my order number is 16338 please see that i will get my product because its prepaid so i have paid 598 already i request you to solve this problem as soon as possible...

My order id is 17096_18102023. The site is showing the order id is not found and they are not replying my mails also.
I doubt that it is a fake shopping portal. Amount rs.499 debited for this order.
I have sent many mails and no reply for that. Couldn't able to track the order also.
I could see many feedback like this in facebook page of this twins.

Kindly help me to get my money back.

I have ordered clothes in www.twincefab.com which is a prepaid order and order no. Is 13047 on 18. Oct.2018. And paid rs. 1495/-. But still i didn't get the materials or reply from them. Even i have sent messages but they didn't reply. Pls do needful to receive the materials or return my money earlier. Herewith i attach the snapshot of the first and last message sent by them....
