Ucn Cable Nagpur Complaints & Reviews

Hi,
This is to inform you that the cable goes off every month for 2-4 days. Now, from last 4 days i am observing that star channels are not coming.

I tried calling multiple time (Almost 20-30 times) to the customer care no. Provided on ucn nagpur site. But no one picked them up till now (At-least pick the damn phone and answer the call). I always pays up all the bills o[censored]cn beforehand still the service is pathetic. I am very dissapointed with this.

Please look into the matter and try to solve the issue. If you want your service fees then please do provide it else you never know when you will be at loss of customers. Resolve it asap else i ll terminate the connection.

This is to inform you that the cable operator in charge of our area, venkatesh nagri named prashant bhoyar gives extremely poor and hopeless service. The connection goes off every now and then and when we call him to enquire, he speaks extremely rudely and never responds promptly. Most of the time he swiches off his mobile so that no one can call him repeatedly. Even the landline no rings 100 times but no one responds.
Is it for such type of behavior and service that we pay to ucn network?
The other thing which i want to bring to your notice is that the customer care number which is displayed on the screen is always and always engaged. I tried the number continuous ly for 2hrs even odd time like night 10 pm to 12 pm, but even then it is continuously busy as if someone has placed aside the receiver deliberately.
Please look into the matter urgently and please take strict action against the cable operator. We are fed up with his service

My cable tv is out of order from 15.00 hrs of 01/06/18.

After telling several times from 15.15 hrs of 01/06/18 to till now, sri aashish kumbhare has not rectified the same.

Informed to ucn nagpur for several times.

Sri aashish kumbhare has done the same on 27/05/18, when my tv was out of order from 20.00 hrs but rectified on 28/05/18 at 17.00 hrs.

We live on amgaon (Gondia). We have complaint against the cable operator who is not providing the cable connection to us. We have being paying the bills on time every month. We have being using hd box and the cable is not working from 1 april 18. Our digital box no. 3e072948. Viewing card no. 67208965. My contact details [protected] cable operator no.[protected]

Your ucn cable employee mr nakshindra patil is demanding employees of your company demanding extra charges of service and not give the any receipt of payment and if we have asked the for your authorised officer no. Or company local office he has not give any information of about this.

Sir request you to please take of action of this kind of employee like mr nakshindra patil.

Found no signal at 22.45hrs on dt. 15.10.2017. First of all no body respond phone call. After several try one person in mob. No. [protected] responded and replied harshly that i can't attend the coplaint as it is late night time. Again he argu me that ucn didn't commit to provide 24 hrs service but commit to take full monthly service charges (Money) on time and not provide service properly. Very poor services and nasty operators dont having manner to talk with consumers. Day by day service is getting poor. Necessary action should be taken on operator with mobile no. Given above and

I call the cable operator every time about poor signal they pick up the phone and said we will attend you tomorrow and never comes form last 30 days i am trying every day. I am frustrated now you must give the service or please provide refund of hd set of box, so i could join the other one, please reply as soon as possible or i will assume you are also one of them.

I bought set top box in jan 2017. Half of the time cable shows no signal. whenever i seat to watch tv its all blank screen with no signal mamessagem It is so frustrating. Even HD channels are also not visible. When try to contact customer care, line is always busy. Highly Disappointed by this product. Please take action on this. They only want money and service is zero 😞

Found no signal at 7 pm on dt. 29.06.2016. First of all no body respond phone call. After several try one person in mob. No.[protected] responded and replied harshly it will take 1 hour or more. I requested him for early rectify for ipl final match will miss. He didn't respond.
I'm customer o[censored]cn cable since last 10 years, day by day service is getting poor.
Remedial action to be taken please.

Hello All, Please don't use UCN Cable service at least in Nandanvan Area. It is very bad service and Always HD is not working. Many time I complained but no one is taking seriously. They already took 1200 advance for HD service but HD channel is not working. Now Zee package is also stopped. Stop paying such cheater Also can any one guide me how i can retrieve my 1200 for HD service and 3500 for HD box from UCN.

Suddenly ucn stop broadcasting of zee network channels which was been stop for one week ago still not showing any zee network chaneel. We have already payed the upcoming month cable connection fees as promised by ucn to show channel of zee network such as zee tv, &movie, zee cinema has been stop so we want the money as it fail to deliver the true service

I am subscriber o[censored]cn cable tv of nagpur . my panasonic plamsa tv has ucn hd cable box connection . The inetegrated ic which is connected to hd port and the board itself has been damaged by current from the hd cable box. this has been confirmed by panasonic service center . this had cost me rapair of RS13, 000 . Now such incident has happened again and same thing has occured . Earlier the cable operators refused to accept that damaged by their hd box . I want to take action against them and sue them for such thing . please help me
