fraud and misleading
Same thing happened with me.i took the work on 31 aug and on the next 2 days i called them to inform that i am not able to complete your work but they dint answered my call even once . After few days i received many msgs mails and calls regarding typing work dat i shd pay them 50% advance and they will do my work, today i got the call from advocate he says pay 8950 as penalty else we will file a case and you have to come to surat for hearing . Is it a fraud ?help!!!

I am a student of 1st year of graduation. One day i got a call from uni services for work on online form filling. They ask adhar card to join with him. I told first you give your company total details. So, i give my adhar card on email and the next day they send a digitaldocs application on email and they told to me to access the application and attach a selfie and signature. So, i done all thing. The next day they suddenly send data and told to me the work is nessasry to complete within 15 days rather than you have to rs.5200. I am start the work but the data is too difficult to done on time. The all data is fraud and in the data, the all phone no. S is fake. That time i think it's fake, then i didn't complete the work and after 15 days they call to pay rs. 5200 and i said you didn't gave your complete company details before the start working then he cuts the call. After 2 days, they send a legal notice in my email address. And 4 days later, now they said if you don't paid my money i can booked case on you under section 420 and section 406. So pls help me sir what can i do. I am scared thinking about it.

I have started this work from 22nd of august and they have given me a stipulated time that is 15days... They said that it is part time job but even if we do in full time it is not getting completed and they said they will provide the fonts and all but the helpline is proving help only for 150 forms out of 1500 forms... The font is very complicated and they are no telling the format also... Today is my submission... Even after getting to know that it is afake company am trying to complete the work but they are not letting me do it they are calling continuosly and are threatening me to take extension by paying 7620 while the fee was only 5200 in that fake agreement but they are threatening me of legal notices and are saying that i need to pay them 15000 or 50000 to the legal department... Am a student from a very humble backgroud i cannot afford to pay so much... If i could i wouldnt be taking up such jobs so please look into the matter and please help me as soon as possible i have the call recordings of the company to prove that they are threatening me.. Pls help me

I am vikram .i was apply for part time job Uni service part time job that time i do yes for job but they was said me if you failed to do fork then i have to pay 5200 rs .and after that i was so busy schedule and i can not be do this work at 15 days.now UNI SERVICE ARE sending messags regarding to payment.they have sended me some agreement with my digital my digital sign.and they are sending me mail of advocate who saying if i ll not pay his payment 5200 unless he will take legal action.so please tail me what should I do...i thought Uni service is fake company but they have an agreement with my adhaar card and digital sign which is not proper..so please help me. i have attach screeshot of mail which o receive dirct by advocate without any warning before of compony executive.advocate number [protected] i receive that true caller shows as fake.

they are demanding money pressuring me and sending me message again and again to pay the amount.
Dear sir/mam,
I am xyz. A girl name ruchika (Phone no. [protected]) called me up and said i am from un services and our company provide home based data entry work. She said they will give 1500 entries which i have to complete in 15 days out of 1500 entries 1300 entries must be correct and they will pay rs.25 per entry. If i fail to give the accuracy or not able to complete the work on time i have to pay security amount of rs.5200.
They did the agreement after that i submitted the work on 6/09/2018. On 8/09/2018 (On saturday at 4:57 pm) they gave the message that your qc report has been released kindly check. When i check it was showing that your qc report is fail.in the report my 295 entries was shown wrong but when i check i find that 121 entries were correct and they have marked them wrong. Then i mailed on the helpline email id and wrote all the entries no.in that. But they didn’t reply instead of that i got a mail form miss. Meghna kaur (Phone no. [protected]) advocate associates on monday morning that you have fail to give the accuracy so you have to pay dues to the company and she called me up also. They not even gave me time to resolve my query. I mailed her that my most of the entries are correct but they are wrong. She mailed me that this is not my outlook i can’t do anything talk on company’s helpline number. When i talk on company hepline no. They said we can’t do anything. Then i called that advocate she asked me to give final statement before 12pm. When i asked her how much i have to pay she said rs.10510 or else legal notice will be issued. She double up the amount when i asked why is it so she said legal charges are also included then i deny to pay. Then they send me this message:

We advise you to respect the proceedings and law of india to meet your case in good faith at surat civil court. The customer who is accused has to pay legal charges of legal proceedings of their own. Still we are giving you one chance to disengage this case and settle the dispute outside the court by paying penalty amount to our client uni services. We will let you free from all charges and legal proceedings once your payment is settled in books of accounts of company. You have time to close your file or else notice will be issue to you.

After that i add him in blacklist i stopped receiving his calls. Then he send me message:
We have sent you the notice soft copy on your email and as well as in your whatsapp. Do reply within 7 days call on this number [protected].
The soft notice was by the name of m. Patel (Mob. No. [protected]).in that notice the amount was written 5200+2500. Earlier they were asking rs.10510 after that they asked for rs.7700. I didn’t reply of this message than he send me another message:
Mr/ms. Xyz. Your case lgl i'd : 3500614 is going for legal proceedings. Kindly call in [protected] for details. Thank you.
Pls help me he is demanding me money and pressurizing me to pay the amount. Now he is messaging me that he will send hard copy on my address.

They are fradus. And I want these people beside jail. 2 of them already arrested from Hyderabad. Now they changed their location.They are not from Lathur.
And M. Patel is not the real name of that person who is calling all the innocent students.
Their stamps documents are fake and the stamp year is 2015. Outdated.

I m from the lower middle class family... Our economic condition is very bad so i thought that i should do some part time work to help my mother's income... So i applied to part time work.. The call came and she told me about the form filling job.. And she said to me you just say ok that is normally work if you can do 2 hrs that is sufficient.. After 1 minute a girl call me for confirmation.. She said that if you are not doing work in 15 days you have to pay 5200 rs. And i[censored]r form is wrong more than 200 then you have to pay also 5200. I started work but the font is very complicated nd my eye sight is week so i face problem while doing this... When i refuse that i am not doing so the girl said that then you have to pay 5200... Otherwise you have to complt your work.. Last date of this work submission date is 23 sep. Now i am very tensed that from where i could manage all this and m studying... Please suggest me what can i do?

am sharmila banu, uni services called me one day, he not asking me anything to apply, just send ur signature they said, they don't said about that agreement before, so i sign bt after that they having so much in it to fill 1500 in 15days. i too difficult to submit my form 12 hrs per day i spent to complete 100 forms its too difficult and also having error nd application error or hang my system, i complaint about this bt after 72 hrs only they reply to my mail . after that they didn't call or no msg . after 5 day they call me and said to pay 7600, am student from poor family how its possible to pay 7600 so request them bt they not hear any voice from me to solve just they ask me to pay 7600 or they send agreement to legal action they said . plz hlp me to solve from this. plz

Now they have changed there company name to digital services, I did all the work and 945 form are perfect, my qc has failed, now they are threatening me saying I have to pay 8000 which was 5000 while signing agreement, according to them 116 forms are wrong, in which most of them are actualy correct. I don't give a damn because I am ready to hire a advocate and lodge a police complaint, what ever effort I have put, I want that money, in fact more than that for threatening me, some sections and all they have sent according to so and so section you will be behind bars and all, I will make sure they face all the sections, join your hands with me guys. Let's all fight and gt paid for the genuine work we have done

I want to complaint about the company named uni services they are fraud.. They made a call and asked me for the part time work but they didn't told me about the legal action and now when i have completed my work they have blocked me from everywhere and not paying me and even they are asking for money as penalty.

the non judicial stamp paper which they are talking about or taking a evidence part see the document sincerely the stamps is look like someone pasted it from somewhere...bcoz it looks apart from the document..
and u also got a legal notice in which there is no company name mentioned and even the stamp of lawyer is not a real one and the lawyer address is also not mentioned. bcoz in stamp the address is always mentioned or the state from which he become lawyer...

I join this company Uni Service on 3.09.2018 and did their work for 3 days and on 4th day i had an issue of error in their form filling website application. After this i decided to leave their work. But after 15 days(today), i received a call from a member(or he said "I'm a advocate) of bharath legal to submit penalty fees or either u will summon from court. Then i call to Uni service helpline no. with same problem they didn't talking to me well on same matter... suddenly they end the call. The person behind advocate forcing me for payment of penalty till 2 p.m.
What i do now please tell me...👨🏽🙏

The same thing happens with me but the company name is F.E. Services, it is also situated in Latur Maharashtra.

Same here. But difference is the company name is m t technology. And is mentioned in legal notice. The notice is. Fake. When i cheked the enrollment number on that notice, name Is different from what gov. Website shows. Guys do check the advocate name and his enrollment number.
They are fraud and cant do anything to us.
And one more thing. The notice says you are liable for civil and criminal both case!!!.
How the hell it is possible????. Guys do call them and make fun of them, and demand all information and documents of company. Truecaller shows all their number as spam.
