I've 4 script in unicon pool which they did not transferred to my demat account and i'had around rs. 62011.00 & credit balance of rs. 1086.00 from four script which was lying with the company account and nse defaulter cell dismissed my claims. Unicon Securities Pvt. Ltd. had not released the admissible amount awarded to me by Investor Grievance Resolution Panel, New Delhi. The Hon’ble Panel vide order dated 19.06.2014 directed Unicon to repay the amount of Rs.63, 517/- (sum of Rs.15, 812/- lying as a credit balance and remaining amount of the advance brokerage of Rs.47, 705/- approx.) by June 30, 2014, failure of which the amount of Rs.63, 517/- is made admissible and blocked by the Hon'ble Panel. Further, the matter was sent to Defaulters Committee, Mumbai for disposal of my case. In spite of providing all the documents, the Defaulters Committee is not releasing my admissible amount which is a serious matter. It is known fact that the Unicon has cheated thousands of investors and transferred money to some other company. Amazingly, instead of taking strict action against Unicon, a defaulting company, the poor investors are being harassed. It is our hard earned money, which is deliberately and in collusion with, are being held up by Unicon. It is a sheer negligence on the part of Defaulters Grievances Committee, Mumbai who is not releasing the money and the matter is still pending adjudication. I had sent a number of reminders to Defaulters Committee, Mumbai but no response is received from their end. From the above statement, it is clear that there is still Rs.63, 517/- is available in my account which Unicon had not disclosed to you. Dear Sir, Complaint against Unicon Securities Pvt. Ltd. for Non-Transfer of 75 nos. Equity Shares of LIC Housing purchased in December 2013 & January 2014 and Rs.1000/- lying in my Cash Margin A/c, to my DP A/c I am surprised / shocked to note that the said 75 nos. Equity Shares in LIC Housing Finance purchased on 21/12/2013 (50 nos.) & 02/01/2014 (25 nos.) for total amounting to Rs.15765.25 have neither transferred to my DP A/c, showing in my Trading A/c statement. Proof of purchase of the same is enclosed herewith for your ready reference. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange to refund the current value of my above 75 nos. Religare Securities Ltd. but till today i neither received any replay nor the request is executed by transferring to required demat. How poor the unicon management is. I have requested for transfering of my shares to KK Securities and I also given them all the client master of but they yet not transfered the shares or not make me payment. i had my client id no z6235 with the company in 2008. i deposited one lac rupees as security. when i surendered the client id in 2009. the company had returned rs. 70, 000 from security. and the balance 30, 000(thirty thousand rupees) is still pending with the company and its now more than four years and noboby is responding for the above said case.

I have an account with Unicon Securities Pvt. Ltd.Till now i have been getting good services from them but from the beginning of this year-Jan-2014 their services were a nightmare. Account ID:AS858 1.They are not giving me a payout and it has been almost 2 months and i am still waiting. 2.I am not allowed to trade!I have delivery based stocks and i am not able to sell them cause unicon securities won't allow me to.They are having so much problems that they are allowing only intraday transactions to take place.i can't even sell my stocks bought a year back cause of this issue.Their trading platform is off and i am sitting and being harassed by them.I trade only on days the broker informs me that Unicon has opened the platform to trade and that happens 1-2 days per week. 3.I had asked them to change my email ID.Submitted a form, still i have not got my email id registered.They haven't given me any documents or contract notes.I am helpless! 4.i have sent them email regarding this to which i have not got any reply tll now. 5.I have been calling their head office numbers but no one picks up.it has been almost 2 months where my calls have continuously gone unanswered. Please give me my payouts and i will close the account, cause i can't bear this tension anymore...horrible service and just a nightmare making them my broker. Everyone please avoid this broker.They are fraudsters.

Dear sir
on 7 jan2009 i have bought jswsteel future due to which my account has gone negative(rs . 42801.22) but i have deposited money through neft (cash trasfer) Ref no. [protected] of amount 49995/- from Corporation Bank to your company bank A/c HDFC bank and the money was transfered on the dsame date in your company account . on the same date i.e on 7 jan 2009 and i have also send the email on the same date for this purpose.But on 9 jan 09 company had squareoff the jswsteel at 9:58AM due to which i have to incure heavy loss. u may check ur mail also for this on date 7 jan 09 in ur mailbox. mail was done by [protected]@uniconindia.in also phone was rung.
i might now think that u have understood the whole problem.
now do the needful help
