Hello. I ended up falling into a fraud company's trap. It was a data entry job where we were supposed to fill 700 forms with 90% accuracy. The person who called me informed me about having to pay 6999 if the work is incomplete but never informed about having to pay if we didn't get the required accuracy. And now they said I don't have the accuracy even they have wronged my right entry and said that I'll have to pay 12, 509 and if I fail to do so they'll take legal action against me and stuff. This is a fake company I fell into this trap and they want me to pay it by tonight or else they'll send me a legal notice. Kindly look into this matter and help me.

I got a call regarding online form filling job, where I had to fill in 700 form in 6 days with 90% accuracy.
Their terms and conditions were as follows:
1. Failure to achieve 90% will result in penalty.
2. Incomplete task will also result in penalty.

I took the project as it was simple typing job and 90% accuracy was achievable.

I complete the task & then report gets generated with 0% accuracy.

Then I get an email and call asking to pay the penalty + late fee approx ₹12, 500.

I am sure this company is fraud and looks for all possible ways to extract money.

Please help we get out of this mess.

There are multiple loopholes in this company. They forced me in signing an agreement in which it was required to get 90% accuracy or else they will take a heavy fine, i completed 700 forms in 6 days almost without sleeping for 2 days to ensure the accuracy, but the told i'll get the report in 2 days, the gave it to me in 4 days and even when i double checked the forms, my accuracy came 78 % (Which is completely bogus). First a lady named sneha will tell you about the job, and will tell you to sign the agreement, then the technical person rahul will call you regarding your i'd and password. Now after the report, i got a call saying that the instructions about fine payment are in e-mail. I haven't even received the e-mail and i cant and won't pay unnecessary fine. I hope this is a fraud company and can't take unnecessary legal actions against me.
I'll be filing a complaint in cyber crime department too.
Please write your complaints too against this company, it should be shut down.

For the new people, please don't sign the agreement, its the same agreement (Fake) for every person, they only edit out your name and address in the pre-typed fake agreement.

Myself vikas yadav.I have to tell guys that i registered for this company two days ago. And they signed a agreement with which i don't understood.i told them that i have to cancel the work i cant do it.But they tell me that once registration is done you cannot cancel the work.They are afraiding me that you will have to pay the charge if you will not work.I called them and told them that i can't do this job but they told that this cannot happen and they are scaring me ..so please work on my complaint I am not doing this job right now.my date of submission is on 6 july 2020 then also i will not do this.they are forcing me and irrtiating me by calling.please help me

I am here to say something about the company unicorn services which provides part time facility and claim to give handsome Income to you..But all this is for attracting peoples...
They have agreement saying " you have to do given work on time and also with accuracy of 90 plus" but possible you will finish work on given time then they will charge penalty's and reason will be your low accuracy. They will not show you actual accuracy.. Now, they will threaten you by sending mails and calls saying company will take legal actions for Rs12509... Not only this amount will be increasing week by week... They charge me 50000... Right now at this current date I have not given money...let see what will happen next..

This is to inform you that our legal department of Business Associate has received your case, and we found that your agreement dated 3rd June 2020 has been terminated by our client end that you have signed. Now, we have verified your case and found that you have breached the conditions of the said agreement. The agreement is governed under sections 73, 74, 75 and others of The Indian Contract Act and relevant provisions of The Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, therefore if you fail to make payment for the losses occurred to our client then clause 17 of the said agreement shall be invoked against you.

Your attention is sought in this regards that in the event of your failure to pay the amount what our client is demanding, you will be penalized to pay double the amount and further a legal notice will be issued to you by our advocate. Still, you fail to pay this amount then, we will call upon you here for legal proceedings.

Our client is a sole proprietor and if you don't follow any of our advice then,
provisions of The Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 shall be invoked against you. Thereafter the competent Court will select an Arbitrator and at that time you might need to pay an amount in tune of Rs.50, 000/- or more for total loss. We want you to cooperate with our client.

Guys do complain for this company who frauds with students, or any neendy person... We all join this type of company for feeding our stomach, for family support but this kind of company take money from us..

I join to help my parents but that company cheat me. I am working with my cell phone after that they show you have multiple logins we have deactivate your account.
But I know I don't have multiple logins they deactivate my account and asking money for it, as you see the recent reviews about this company they all say they are fraud and it's true they are they playing with studentsthose are innocent, in starting they support you but at the end they are against you, I have numbers of the employees that I am interact, right now I call them they say you have multiple login, you can pay to reactivate your account.

Today morning[protected] he sent mail and called me regarding my project. He was asking for money because i did not complete his work above 90 % accuracy. 7000 rs money charging for the next project and 12509 for termination for all issues.

He was saying i[censored] will not pay before today 7 pm then i'll take legal action on you. After that saying, you signed an agreement. You can go to the police station and so on.
I think they change data he shows my mistake that typed y instead o[censored].. How it could be possible that mujhe y nd u me farq ki nhi samjh aayega..

I have completed all 800 forms. But when the quality report come then the reports are saying that the accuracy is only 12 percent and only 100 form are correct. They are asking for penalty fess and service charge total rs.12509. Punctuation, spellings, spaces are not correct. I m the email they say that they tried to contact me but they never called me.
