I know that the customer compalin is totally a rubbish complain..he has stollen my money and when asked to come to Unipay Guwahati office he refuse to come twice..this is totally a nonsence complain..i wish this type of people should not join in such a good company, who tries to spoil the image of a very good company..i strongly beleive he does not have any right to complain on this issue.he is always welcome to visist unipay guwahati office where we will sort out the issue

The Agent came to me personally for unipay so there is no question I will visit unipay. I have directly contacked with the head office and my problem is solved. More over I was cheated by the agent as she said the company is Reliance Gold. She did not mentioned the name Unipay. If she would have said me the true name, than I would not have invested into such unknown companies. Moreover she took Rs 19000/- from me but the invoice I got was of Rs 2500/- only. She cheated me from the begining.

She even did not came more than five times I called to solve the issue into Cyber Crime Dept.
She is a thief.
She refused to give me my password till 30days of my joining. It reflects what is in her mind.
Unipay's name will be spoil for such employees.

The employees o[censored]nipay guwahati have hacked my a/c and also changed my profile. Why did they do so if they are genuine.

The agent knew my password and she herself did the mischief.

And if a client can still other client’s money than unipay needs to upgrade its security software.

We often do such staffs to grab customers. Its common is corporate world.
As far as Rs2500 is concerned. I took it as my service charge for visiting him, handling cash and joining him into UNIPAY2U. Some customers don’t pay us tips so we need to extract money such way.

How can we believe a company which is totally net based which does not reveal its balances sheet and other financial figures? Simply put, Unipay2U is where gold investors come to buy gold for storage in a professional bullion vault. Anyone can buy gold, own, store or sell later.

You can purchase gold (22-carat) and own it. You get your gold after six months but during the 6-month period, you will be earning 2.5% interest. After six months, you can redeem your gold through HSBC Bank, (if you are in NE India). This option is called RETENTION PLAN.

Is Unipay a genuine company, i thought so in the beginning,
But slowly i m losing confident in the company since early we were told the returns will be weekly and then it was next month till 10th and now next months till 30.
