This is Fraud Company, They have taken advance money from me and not done any work since last 1 year. I have already filed case against this company and which is under court consideration. Here are the details as a proof:

Took money but Solar Panel not installed

They promised to install solar panel in 1 week. They made contract with us and took 20% advance. One next day, their team installed steel structure which gave us confidence that they are true to their words and then they took 60% more amount for solar panel & invertor installation. But after taking money they just disappeared. Every time they say that they will finish work in 2 days but its been more than 3 months and they have not done any work. They are all fraudsters. Dont fall for these guys. We have even complaints to police but even after that their behavior is same. They promised to police that they will finish the work in 1 week after complaint but its been more than 20 days since complaint and still they are again keep giving fake promises.

Solar panel installation

Rahul Sharma of above firm has taken work for installation of solar panel at my residence in Jaipur and at my friend’s residence. He has taken 20% advance. He started initial work and took another payment of 40% of contract value. He promised to complete the work by 30.9.21. But he is not appearing now. His both phones are switched off. His staff is also not available now on phone.

They did exactly same thing to us. This is total fraud company. They promised to install everything in 1 week but after taking money, they disappeared. It's been more than 2 months but still they haven't done anything

Our company does not and will not want to do any fraud with anyone. Just as all businesses have their ups and downs, so too has happened to us. But still we are fighting the bad situation and from the end of March till the end all the old projects will be purified, out of which about 8 old projects have been purged. Solar Plant not installed
I gave a contract to unique services and they have taken advance from me 124000 approx and not provided any services and left work in the mid way and not coming to complete till date. For not completing the services in given time they have issued a cheque but the cheque has bounced. Please help to refund my money and two month electricity bill due to delay in work and interest on that amount.

For Milanshu Khandelwal, you signed the contract on Dec 2, 2022 and committed to complete the work in 15 days. It’s been 97 days and you still haven’t completed the work. Moreover, after police complain on Feb 8, 2022 you signed the notarised document to finish the work by Feb 15, 2022.
You had the intention of fraud and cheat from the beginning. You’ve been misleading us with false information. You neither have intention nor inclination to finish the work as agreed upon the contract.

Unique services is a fraud company, they have neither installed Solar panel nor gave my money back since last 1 year. Here is the date wise details for my complaint for reference.

charged 800 extra for filter replacement

As attached in the screenshot, payment of 1300 has been made in cash whereas; service charge is rs. 200 which is fine. But for valve that has been replaced is of just 299 rupees only for which 800 rupees extra has been charged.
Kindly take corrective actions against this one.

You may please check the reviews. This guy owns the unique services at sangvi has been overcharging giving fake warranties of extented number of months.

amc of ac service for 2 years of amount rs. 3200/-

I had done a service contract with unique services for split ac for 2 years on 27/11/2016. Invoice no. Uq 5404 of amt. Rs. 3200/-.in that contract they have to give 6 services in 2 years. But after 1st service from almost last 1 year they haven't give any call for service. From last 1 month i am doing follow up but still they have not send any person for service. Giving falls promises like we will send some body at your place for service but nobody is coming.
Even they are not communicating properly.
They took the money against contract & forgot the client.

Ac maintenance contract
Their service is very poor. Once the AMC is done we need to chase them for servicing. I had called them 4-5 days regularly still they could not arrange for the regular servicing which was already delayed by 4 months! So that defies the purpose of AMCs where you need not bother about the servicing period. Here Unique Services not only forgets about their customers, they also dont take action if we ourselves remind them about the due dates. This has been the worst experience of any sort of AMC I had till date.

Split Air Conditioner AMC services excuted with M/s Unique services at Thane and paid the AMC Amount Rs 4000 on 11.07.2016.
There is no serivices carried out till date, There wont be any call from M/s Unique service. They have not attended my for calling services also, Then approched to the person Mr Ravi Singh who has executed the AMC (Mobile No: [protected]), He was also not attended,
Then, I called unique services and conveyed that i may have to go to NGO forum for taking help to get services.
Finally, I had asked to refund the AMC amount as there is no service received from vendor. I am following with daily basis, but they are giving the AMC amount and delaying.
