Neither connection nor refund of TATASKY DTH

A sales guy from Tatasky had booked for new DTH connection on 13.02.2021 and payment of Rs 4500( Transaction Id[protected]was made the same day with form number Ts-98836 with a promise to install in two working days.
In spite of repeated remainders it was not done.
When contacted the customer care and regional manager over last few months, no action has been taken in spite of repeated mails and calls.
Upon our discussion, it was found out that the connection was given to someone in the same city and with new registered mobile number.
All the required receipts and contact numbers have been given from time time to the concerned via mail/whatsup.
Request you to enquire and arrange for refund.

Hi,
I A guy from unisyn hyderabad named srikanya, was came to my home 12/05/2019, saying that she was from tata sky. She explained me everything about tata skys' dth services. Since i was already planning to change my dth services, i agreed to go with tata sky and then she asked me to pay sum of 2, 250/- only through paytm. After the payment, she left her number and informed us that we are supposed call her and ask for the dish connection prior a day. Now, she won't answer my calls her mobile in the evening. After seeing this reviews I got to know that I have been fooling by these frauds. Can some one please help me out.
