Sir/mam
I m a btech student. I m trapped with a company whose name is unix enterprises. After two days i notice that it is a fraud. There after a man call me whose name is nisar ahmed shaikh who told me to pay the 8000 rs to the company as a fine... There after i didnt pay him then me he send a letter to my house to regarding something. So i dont know what to do please help.

I applied for part time jobs in quickr online jobs and this company called unix enterprise associates did contact me over phone and they made the registration agreement after telephonic and whatsapp conversation and mails etc. They made me sign in an agreement like software which was sent to me over whatsapp. And so i started the job. But in the midst of my work i got a problem with my laptop so i informed one of the company's agent through whatsapp. She replied okay. But later i got a message and email from the company and a advocate associate respectively regarding a case filed against me and about taking legal action and so on. I didn't take it seriously at first and also i ignored the phone calls. But after 2 -3 months today i received a phone call again regarding that case and they were threatening me about having my andhar card photo copy and signature and all. Well when i started the work they didn't tell me about not being able to leave when i face problems. I am worried now because they have my photo copy of adhar card. I want my informations to be removed from the company.

Unix enterprises gave us the job to type 1500pgs in 10days as per the demand we completed the work given but after completing they told that our pgs are incorrect and asked for the penalty as per there norms after this i searched this company online and concluded that this company is fraud there agreement is fraud now they are sending us messages n calling us to pay the penalty or there compensate please help me out

I got a call from a guy named rohit for[protected] on 30/9/2019 for data entry job and signed a agreement (Attached) stating failing the completion of project i need to pay 4500/- but there was nowhere mentioned of any bank details. As per there verification i could not reach the accuracy and a guy named mohit[protected] advocate (As per them) called on 18/10/2019 stating i need to pay 4500/- within half an hour i will get noc. But after payment again they called again stating this is 1yr contract and if you need to pay per month 4500/- or can cancel the agreement and case withdraw (Case 420 raised for not completion agreement) you need to 12500/- within 1 hr or case file will be rejected. Also after that payment they called again that your noc is being prepared but you need to give 3 signatures in court or digital signatures which will cost around 13150/-. They confirmed that there is not hidden charges and our noc is ready. But next day i got a call that you need to pay 18500/ to withdraw a case or they will take legal action against me.

I have researched about them and found as fraud. Also i got a message that a case under sec 420 has been registered against me

I joined this company in this company they ask me to fill the 1500 forms in 10 days in which they are paying me 20 ruppees and in which they get my sign through an andriod application and a contract form in which uk 5115 is mentioned this is fraud they are asking me to pay rs 4500 or they will sue me against in court they are very smart during this time when i am doing this job i get daily basis calls by the company that everthing is alright to show that how much genuine the conpany is but they provide a link in your email to do the work that link sometimes open sometimes something different opens by that link plss be aware of this type of fraud

I got call from this company to fill 1500 froms within 10 days i agreed and singed on agreement paper. After work completed no one are responding there heplline mail and phone numbers are not working manny times i tried but no response. After 2days i got mail from that company to pay penality 4500. If not they will file fir on me. Said by them. I refused to pay even though they were not leaving me and sending a mail to pay penality.

Even after getting NOC from the company still they are calling me threatening me that they had cased a file against me and had sended the file to my address and telling me that they will see me in the court.
Sir it will be a great help i[censored] look about this matter as soon as possible as because I am getting disturbed daily by their messages and calls

Date Of incident- 16/10/2019
I have received a Call from Unix Enterprises(Ph. No.: [protected]) for Online data Entry Work of 1500 at 20 Rs Per Form, They Given a software link to Upload Signature and Photograph. I have followed the Instruction. then they sent me a Agreement Copy & Provided me the Work.
Then I have Again received multiple Calls from Eluxum Technology they said they are services providers to the Unix Solution.
They said, If you are not able to finish the Work then you pay us 10 Rs/Form in Advance on Paytm so we can work on your behalf. I have received a lots of calls form the Unix Enterprises and Eluxum Technology for the same. And I Have Denied to do Work.
Now on 15/10/2019, At 5:04 PM, I have received an Email & Call from Any Advocated (Ph. No.: [protected]) to do Payment of 5100 Rs/- to settle it Internally, And Warned me if Payment not made then they will File a Case on me under Section 72, 73 and 74 and it will cost me 80000 Rs/-.

Hello I came through a bad company via online which is fraud i came to know .i got this company they have me work to complete 1500 forms i have completed and submitted 1360 as per cut off . one lady called said my accuracy i will help to change your result as 90% you will receive salary by tonight. I said i don't have so much of money she said cancel your job paying 4500. Now that agent is saying we will file a legal case against me and they again said to pay 9000/- extra then telling to pay 14000 more sending me texts and call that they will complain a file against me .Can you please help me in this problem? Before they charge any legal case against me now they r really disturbing and threatening me for legal case on me. They r telling they will case against me plz help me from this fraud company.

It's regarding online form filling job from Unix Enterprises, Maharashtra. I submitted my CV in quicker site and I received calls from Unix Enterprises for form filling. They told me 1500 forms u have to fill in 10days and you will get 30, 000rs and from there they will cut 4, 500rs of registration fee. They told that they will helping me in all aspects. After that they sent me a link to log in and they asked me my adhar card photo copy. I sent them my adhar card photo. That time they called me so many times and told me to do log in quickly and they will help.they sent me emails from different different mail I'd. One for verification. One for agreement. They told me they will give me legal agreement and all. But after registration and log in I was trying to reach them and customer service also but I didn't get any response. They avoided me. I dropped them a mail also but I didn't receive any mail from them. On 10th day one girl called me and she was asking me is my work completed or not, if it is not completed then she will do it for me and I have to pay her. Then I didn't get any call or email from them. Today I received one notice from advocate association mentioning that I have to pay 50, 000 rs they will file me as fraud under section 420 of IPC and many more threatening lines. Could you please help me to step out from this kind of fraud company.

Hai I was looking for job then one person call me and informed that they no registration fee. You can start the work immediately. Then they share the user I'd and password and informed to 1500 complete the form within 10 days. Then I started working whenever I have doubt I have try so many times in helpline number but no response. I have compled 1500 forms and sumit but now Unix informing me to pay 7500 to close the issue. Other wise we will login complain. Court. And one person called me and informed that I have login complain. Please help me from this matter.

On 1st Oct i have registered for this part time form filling job and for that a girl called me asked to send the details of my aadhar card.i submitted the documents and she said a call will come from the head office for verification and I registered for that job. But for 2 -3 days at night so many times the server went off i gave the message to them regarding it but it took a bit time to resolve it for that my work was delayed..and since because I was able to do 1365 forms out of 1500 forms and now they called me to pay for 4500 along with the NOC charges 1010rs...
I paid 5510rs as charges but then also they are threatening me and they told if I don't pay they will register a case under section 2 and other for this and I need to pay 75000 in the court...also they told if I want to continue i need to pay 15800 and for cancellation also I need to pay 14500...but in the agreement there was no details about this payment for continuing...so now they are harassing me to pay or else they will case a file against me in the court...so sir/ma'am please help me in this problem and solve it

Sir me quikr me job serch kara raha tha, tabhi mujhe unix enterprises se call aya ki hum data entry service provide kara rahe he, 10 din me 1500 page aapko type karna he, 1350 hone se bhi chalege. Aapko paisa dena nahin dena padega, abhi oh log mujhe 120000 payment manga raehe he. Maine mana kiya to oh log bol rahe the ki court notice bhejenge. Me kya karu kuchha samajha me nahin aa raha he.

I had taken the data entry job from unix enterprises and i have completed half of the work and then i hot same issue in form filling so i called their given number bt every number came off and no revert on the email and i’ve checked all about this company and it came as a fraud so after i didn’t do the work and now some anil gupta called mei and demanding money and all on the basis of false agreement... Pls resolve it

On 25th September I was looking for a part time job online. I applied for this job and on the same day they called me.
They offered me to fill 1500 forms in 10 days and offered rs 20 for each form and said at the end they will pay me rs 25, 500 and will charge rs 4500
As a registration fee and told that if i failed to complete the task they will charge rs 4500 for this.
They told me all this on call and asked for photo of front and back side of my aadhar card, my email id and an alternate number. I gave all of that. Since I was minor(under age) and my id wasn’t valid for the job, they insisted me to use my friends id proof to work which I then didn’t know was illegal.
After that they sent me an email in which their was a license/agreement in which some instructions were written with my friends name and address on it.
Now they had sent me a link to download one app named agreement software there they told me to sign for my friend’s name... I signed on it then a verification call came to me from a girl who was asking for verification after i got my work and i completed till 125 pages. As per the agreement they wanted me to pay Rs. 4500 dues to the failure of submission. I agreed to pay because I thought it was a legal company and it was also mentioned in the agreement. But they use false words on a me to finish the payment and blackmailed me saying if I didn’t pay, they would file a case against me and my friend. So I paid the amount. After the payment, I got a call from their company telling I have to pay an amount of Rs. 14550 to discontinue the job and to pay an amount of Rs. 12000 to continue the job. But this wasn’t mentioned in the agreement. When I told them that I wouldn’t pay because it isn’t mentioned in the agreement, they used false words or me(minor) an asked me to meet them in the court. They said that they would send me a legal notice and file FIR copy too. Later, they said if I don’t pay the amount, they will file a case against civil contempt and pay penalty amount of RS 2, 50, 000 and if it is transpired to criminal contempt, I will have to pay RS 5, 00, 000 for which I refused. Now they are calling and sending me threatening messages and calls.

I agreed for the form filling task for unix enterprises 1500 forms in 10 days. I have to complete it with 90% accuracy and i did it but now they are calling me and demanding for ₹4500. They are saying that they will file a case against me and take a legal action. What i can do now please help me. They have my adhar card details and home address. They will send a notice to my home. I have joined this online form filling work on 29/09/19. After much dedication and hardwork i completed this work on 7/10/19 and submitted on this day after 2 days of checking. They instead told me that i fail qc and i did not complete achieve 90% accuracy and ask me to pay 4500rs and if i don't they will file a case against me. I have given my voter id and one photo and signature. Please help me solve this problem. I'm really in trouble

I recently received a call regarding home-based work as data entry from unix enterprises employee or consultant and they said they would pay me 30000 rupees for completing the job of form filling 1500 forms. I finished that in the given time and made a call to them regarding the same. They said that there are errors in the work that i have done and i need to pay 6500 rs as a penalty as per the agreement. I have not signed any agreement with them, only phone conversations. They took my aadhar card copy too. Now got a mail from an advocate named anirudh krishnan who i think is a fraud. He is asking me to pay money or he will case a file on me againist section-406 law. The woman who offered me job is not picking up the call her cellphone number is [protected] and the other numbers that they have called me are [protected]/[protected]. Helpline email id is [protected]@gmail.com. And the mail that i got the job was on [protected]@gmail.com. Now they are threatening me to pay the money. Please do help.

I started work and in 10 days 6 the site is blocked or goes under server down in application when i complain them
They will not picking up phone
When they pick they talk rudely
And now after 10 days of work given they saying it is your fault not our
Pay me 4500 rs i[censored] will not pay then we will send file forward and register case against you

As i applied for online job on quicker and after few days someone called me and offered me a part time job for data entry and said that will paid out 30000/- just for filling 1500 forms and asked to sign an agreement but i denied then she (Miss diya) told that its just a formality than i agreed and now when i done with the work then they asked me to pay penalty of 12900/- and also threatening me as saying that the case is filed against me and callin me day and night so i request you to kindly help me out.

I took online work from unix enterprises and they gave al the information about then and send all the legal documents related to me and the company. But after 10 days their advocate called me from aurangabad, maharashtra and told me that company will file a case against me if i will not pay them money before the given time. When we reacted to all the chaos they blackmailed for paying the money. They also sent me a legal message of filed complaint. But i resfused to pay the money beacuse i read all the complaints against the company. Please help me.

Its is a fraud company they provide us 1500 forms to be filled in 10 days which is very simple forms and they make fake agreement which they edit accordingly and when you submit your work completed they edit it afterwards and make you wrong thank god i clicked all pictures of forms before submitting.I will make FIR against them as they are making people fool and ask an illegal amount of money

T agreed to do form filling work for unix enterprises. Today a person telling him as legal adviser, trainer called me and said that case is in the court, will u solve it out of d court or in the court. He is telling that i will receive a legal notice to my home and police will come. Plz help me. The company didn't even called me once, they are not even responding to the calls. Some days back, one woman called me and said we offer online form filling work. You have to complete within 10 days. Out of 1500 forms 1350 forms are cutoff. Minimum you have to clear this much within 10 days. Else you have to give utility charge to the company. They they provided an agreement online. After completion they are saying your 300 forms are wrong. U won't get money. Then they mailed to give 7500 rs within 4 hrs of time frame on 30.09.19. Then they gave an noc by email. I returned back email by telling that i don't want to take any work in future from the company.
On the next day one email came
Showing legal department and telling to give rs 20000 within 2 pm. Else you have to give double amount. Ipc 420will be issued and u have to pay double money. Still u failed to give, a case will be filed in court.

After that he again called me and said "aapko abhi ek verification call aayega jisme aapse pucha jayega ki aapke pass laptop, android phone or internet connection hai ya ni... Aapko koi bhi cross question ni krna hai or sirf yes me answer karna hai."
Unfortunately i did that.
After that they sent me an email at around 4 pm on the same day.in which my login id and password was a written.
I logged in at 4 pm and there it was total 1500 form are there
On sept 28 i logged in again and there were forms to fill. I did their work and filled about 1384 forms till date.

They harrassing and blackmail by providing fake data, and I told them on first day..i Don't want to join you.but they don't stop it.they ask money for that.so please resolve this..I am mentally disturbed from this..and they also send me some notice.please take action against them..and save the life of innocent people.. please find them and take action

In that for few form they are saying I gave double space but I not gave anything like that. Now they are telling they are putting case on me.
