I brought marble elephants from UP cottage Arts & Crafts Industries plot A1 Phase 2 Sec A Fatehabad Road Taj Nagri Agra.

They packed the items in a separate room not in front of customer and handed over to me without inserting any Invoice or Bill.

After opening at my home found different and cheap product packed inside.

I visited agra from delhi through pahwa international hotel as a package trip and raju bhai is a guide for agra trip and he insisted us to take a tajmahal and we took it which costs around 700rs. And he given some package and asked us to open after leaving to home town (Hyderabad) if there is any problem he asked us to consult near by up handicraft store in abids, hyderabad. After arriving we opened the package it was damaged and when we asked him to replace, he is asking us to come to agra or speed post it. Whatever they promised was completely false and the shop no. We visited Agra from Delhi organised by a company called MOON LIGHT TRAVELS. Very unorganised travel company and suggest not to take it in future. Before visiting TAJ MAHAL, the tours organisers stopped at a place UP HANDICRAFTS COTTAGE INDUSTRIES. They claimed that their souvenirs are made of original marble and it will be unbreakable.
