मैरे दुवारा दिनांक १६/११/२०१४ को अपना इलेक्टिरक महिदपुर से गोदरेज का फ्रिज लिया गया था, जिसका मॉडल न. RDEDGE CHTM 5 .1, SN [protected] है l जिस दिन से मैने फ्रिज लिया था उस दिन से ही इसके फ्रीजर में अंदर व बाहर की और बहुत अधिक मात्रा में बर्फ जम रहा है जिस से हमारा बहुत सामान ख़राब हो रहा है l हमारे दुवारा डीलर को कम्प्लेन की गयी थी पर डीलर के द्वारा यह कहा गया की कम्प्लेन कंपनी को करो l कंपनी को भी कम्प्लेन की गयी थी परन्तु कंपनी के द्वारा भी हमारी समस्या का निराकरण नहीं किया गया और न ही हमें फ्रिज बदल कर दिया गया l फ्रिज में हो रही उक्त समस्या से अधिक मात्रl में विधुत खपत बड़ी तथा फ्रिज में निचे की और रखा सामान में कूलिंग नहीं होने से सामान भी ख़राब हो रहा है l अतः हमारी कम्प्लेन को स्वीकार कर सम्बंधित डीलर को एवं कंपनी को यह आदेशित किया जावे की वह समस्या का निराकरण करे अथवा नवीन फ्रिज प्रदान करे l तथा हमें उक्त समय में क्षतिपूर्ति हुई है, उसकी बतौर क्षतिपूर्ति राशि 10000 प्रदान की जाये l

All Provisional stores nr GCC in mira road charging one rs. extra for packed milk as a cooling charge. They c harge this for all brands like amul and mother dairy. I bought htc desire 820 in the month of jan this year,
I used to think this is the best phone in this range, 21-25k.
To my surprise firstly its earphones went dead just after two months of buy, which i have to replace.
After 5 months, one of its slim slot stopped working.Moreover htc has one of the pathetic services, when i went to one of its service centres in sector 18 noida, the working staff(Ladies all) seems to look more concerned about their homely affairs and unfinished pizzas lying professionally on the working table.When one of the waiting customer pointed out, their clear instructions for him was to come another day.Leave english (That seems to be a hell lot of task), they were uttering some strange language, may be wild form of hindi. The service centre name is satyam communications noida.
Moreover they ask me to wait for 22 days, till the phone is fully repaired
My question to htc ceo @cher wang is, can you afford living without your phone even for a day?
The service centre staff gave me a tracking number too, and asked me to continuously check the status, but to my surprise again, they have not even registered this number it says no match found when you go for it, when you dial their service centre number you have to enter long queues, which even exists for an hour some time.

I want somebody to get back to me asap.
I will even make sure that none of my friends go for htc in the near future and am even planning to tag them all soon .

Tak me try karta rha fir 1: 24 min. Par call recive hua fir bola gaya abi launch time chal rha hai ap launch time ke bad call kare sir launch time 1: 30 pm par hota hai ye log customer se thik se bath bi nhi karte bass phone kat dete hai.

I have taken Airtel mobile sim card connection in the of 23 july 2014 in name of Harshad Larokar
I had taken the connection on a months plan. I had made all my payment for 2 months and connection charges in advance. After 2 month they were supposed to call me and ask me if i wanted to continuous their services or not. However they dint call me.

But i don’t know what had happen they had not registered my request and they had send me bill amonut of 2, 579.90 for the month of 23 Aug to 22 september 2014
On which I had word with Airtel guys and told them i had made request to stop my connection and not to bill me for anything. I also told them after 2 month i had not used the service for any reason, which they had checked in their system and they confirmed me that im not using their services anymore. They ensured me that they will look into the matter and close the issue.
But the issue was not closed and they did send me another bill amount of 2579 in the month of october . I again called them and told them im not using Airtel any more and i have not used it since i have requested to stop the connection. I also told them that in earlier call i had mentioned everything and i had word with your senior, then also you are calling me.
They again ensured that they will resolve the issue and get back to me. Which dint happened
Again this month i have received their bill for amount Rs.3, 001.43. And this time a lawyer called me and told me that due to not paying of the money they are filing a case against us and we need to meet in the court.

Boss have own excuse. I must say they are totally fraud and use all employee's, Now only 15 employees are here. Why we cheated by this company. I requested to system please take action against him. Why they play our carrier, if they have no money.
