The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Book
Had placed an order online from Upkar partiyogita Darpan website http://pdgroup.upkar.in . i ordered as guest on the site and bought the book . i made the payment but they are denying. my order no was 144461. i am attaching the message i received from them and also the successful transfer of the money. i am also attaching their denial mail screenshots....

Books not Delivered
Hello there,
I planned to buy some books for my SBI PO exam preparation.I have placed two orders for Some books on UPKAR.IN on 18th March 2013( order id's: 71270 and 71197) and I have paid for both the orders on-line on the date of order itself(360+665).
And regarding the Order 71197, They have charged Rs. 665, instead of 590, the actual price of those order.
Still they failed to deliver those books till...

Hi,
I ordered a book from www.upkar.in on 24th Feb 2012.
I did not receive the book yet.
Mailed them thric e regarding this and i did not get even a single reply from them.
Then i called many times, but did not get a satisfactory answer from any of them. Later they took my number and said that they will call me.
But i didnt get any calls from them.
Please help me on this. How should...
