I had ordered two things from website veg omlette and almond butter.
When I received parcel, it was very sticky. When I opened it I came to know almond butter bottle had cracked open and it's taste is also not as usual. It's little sweet-sour.
Please do take care of this....

Hi i have ordered tong garden cashew bags of 400gms with them total of 5bags but still i dint got them i have already paid them i ordered on 21/2/17 and till now i have not received my order items i have sent many mails to them but dint got any reply please help me out my order no is 462760 the amount is Rs.1500 so i request you to help me out with this issues and get my order delivered or refund thank you....

I have been registering my complain against urban platter for many days now. However i havent received my money back, they are lying to me everytime i keep messaging them for refund. Please send my money back, send the confirmation of refund to my email.

It has been the worst experience with this particular online shopping website. It is first and last time i shop from this website.

Urban platter is cheating the customer. I bought appitas from www.urbanplatter.in . They dont reply . If i call them they say office is closed. If i message them then they block me but they are not refunding my money and keep making excuses. I have called them regarding this matter several times, sent many inquiring emails and all they have shown is extreme unprofessionalism by not refunding undelivered products and irresponsibly not responding...
