Urban trend show every quality images in their web site and facebook page. But sale low quality products which are totally different from the image (different color) shown in their promotions. Since they haven't international return policy they sent cheap products for international buyers. first they delayed my order and then i sent many emails to procedure my order. This has happened many Sri Lankan customers and that will make bad image...

I have returned one Saree which I have ordered since d quality of d Saree is not same as they have mentioned . The person who took d order and returned order is not responding for any of my calls and messages. She said the return amount will be credited with in 48 hours. But I has been 5 days I haven't got any called. I want my money back. Find d details.

i have bought a product from this site worth rs.200 with 50 as shipping charge.it is not delivered yet and the customer care phone number they have provided is always switched off.once it was on and they attended my call and told me that the product is out of stock so i told them to refund my amount.but even after 9 days there is no refund.kindly help
