However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

This is a worst online shopping company...In their website they mentioned that ordered books will be delivered in 6-8 working days...That means they will ship your order after 6-8 days and your will receive after shipping time..Also if any item is not in stock,they wont mention it while ordering...they will just charge the amount and will later say that the item is out of stock we will refund it in 3 days...if you call after 3 days again...
