EXTREAMLY PAINFUL TO KEEP THIS WATER PURIFICATION PRODUCT AT HOME.

IF I WOULD HAVE GIVEN CHANCE I WOULD HAVE STOPPED THIS COMPANY TO SELL PRODUCTS.

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH AND ONE DOES NOT KNOW WHEN THE PURIFIER WILL STOP WORKING AND U WILL GET NO HELP IN TIME .

CARTRIDGES ARE ARE TOO EXPENSIVE. CLEANING AND FILTRATION PROCESS IS LONG TASK.

I REQUEST PEOPLE NOT TO BYE ITS PRODUCTSbr...

My filter not working since last 48 hours on date 16/08/2011. I complained to Mr. A.D.Dubey mobile [protected] at 15.00 hrs.Mr.Dubey promised he attend this problem at evening but he did not come.Next morning I call again he said I will come at 10.00 clock but he did not come, after calling at 12.00 hrs he again promised he will come at 17.00 hrs,but did not come.I am very unhappy. pl. attend my problem....

I requested for service o[censored]SHA Brita water purifier. The company has sold its accessories, which was sent to my address through courier, but even after a month a sending the accessories , no body has visited to fix the same. I have given 3 reminders-mails and around 5-6 phone calls but no one has given any reply.

This is a clear case of cheating the customer by selling the accessories, which no body is buying. I have not yet...

i HAD PURCHASED A WATER PURIFIER FROM LOCAL DOOR TO DOOR MARKETING AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE ISH ELECTRICALS. THEY SOLD ME THE PRODUCT WITH ONE YEAR WARRENTY AND LIFETIME FREE SERVICE.

BEFORE THE END OF ONE YEAR DHEERENDRA SHUKLA FROM THE SERVOCE CENTRE CONTACTED AND INFORMED ME FOR THE AMC OF THE PRODUCT I SAID THAT ONE YEAR HAS NOT LAPSED AND WHAT EVER YOUR FEEL THE PROBLEM IS YOU HAVE TO REPAIR...

I have bought a Water Purifier from Usha Brita in 2004. Since today, it has never given us any problems so we never thought of any kind of AMC service for it. Now, the inlet pipe has broken a few days back due to some reason. When i spoke to their Kolkata North distributor M/s. Dream Entp. about this on last Thursday, they told me that since they do not have any pipe in their stock, it will take 2 days to deliver the same at my residence...
