This no: ([protected]) call me just now telling his name was avinash from crime branch and telling pay 5000/- within 10mins or your parents was arested by the police after that u have to pay 2 lakh than your parents released

I have been asked by this company to fill 1500 forms in 10 days.
They have provided me an agreement with a fake code.
Usually the code in stamp paper from maharashtra comprises of 2 alphabets and 6 digits, but this just had 5 digits.
And now they have sent me a legal notice, with advocate having register number mh/2203/2016.
Please do necessary actions.

Well, this company has issued work in the name of 0 payment but now after i got to know that it is fake i refused to work and now they have imposed an amount of 120000 for legal agreement and take up action if i don't pay them. Kindly look into the matter sir as i am receiving email regarding this also getting calls to pay within hours or else legal action are to be taken. They have also made an agreement which does not speak about the legal agreement amount of rs 10500.
The people are now ignoring the calls and asking to speak to the advocate who has personally not called yet but giving notices to pay the amount of rs 10500 for the agreement.
Kindly look into it. Also, their work makes no scene and most of the pages occur often with the same data. This company is now asking me to pay for the cancellation of agreement n if calling the women speaks in the ignorant way n cuts the call

I am also complaining against ut enterprises, aurangabad, maharashtra. I also applied for data entry jobs from home through quicker side. Then i received many calls and mails for working. I signed up the agreement with them but i refused to worked with them as i find some bad reviews of blackmailing but they says you can't break agreement you need to pay rs 4500 and i payed them but next day they called me again and demanding more money but i didn't pay. Now they have sent me mail stating that we have issued legal notice against you in delhi court and demanding rs 30500. I belongs to middle class family, and now they are blackmailing me. Kindly take some serious action and help me. I have seen that many compaints against these company.

They made a agreement with out my final permission after that i finally completed the work with them and submitted the file. Also they provided the false QA Report and telling me to pay the registration fees amount. They made calls and mails immediately from legal department and finally i refused it because they are fraud and making a people fool. Still they are mailing & calling me for payment and take a legal action... So please sir please look into this matter & take a action, and i attached my proofs of mails details.

Ut enterprises say mai bhi part time job karta tha. Sabhi kam pura karkey diya hai. Per un logo ka kahna hai aapka qc report failed a raha hai. Isliye aapko 4500/- pay karna padeyga. Nahi to legal notice ka samna karna padega.
Unkey advocate ka bhi phone aya tha unoney paise bharo nahi to legal notice aapkey address per bhej denge.

Sir i myself registered myself on click india then they called me and made me sign a agreement which was fake (I did'nt know it before) they did't even gave me enough time to read it later on i complete their work on 31st august till 5.15 then i called them and they said me to submit the work later after 5 min i called on their helpline number and said them to check my accuracy a lady picked up my phone and said me that sir your qc report will be generated after 2 days we also need time to check your work and all but after 2 min i got call from company and they said that i have made error in 250 forms which was impossible bca i checked my forms almost 10 times she asked me to pay 4500 but after 3 days their advocate called me and said that you should pay 7500 now they are threatening me that a legal notice has been sent to your home and it will be dispatched within 72 working hours... They are continuesally messaging me

I have received a call from someone named pooja patel, she said she is a working employee o[censored]t enterprises and told me about a data entry job. On the telephonic call she told me to share my id through whats app and that i need to provide a otp that i will receive from the company on my contact no. And after that i will receive the username and password to work for their company. They didn't tell me about any kind of payment that i have to make. I worked with them. After that i'm constantly receiving mails from some advocates i have signed a agreement with them and i have to pay them registration fee to them.
They are constantly threating me that they will arest me.

One girl called me that am i interested in form filling job then they gave me work and time of 10 days 1500 forms so i completed it before deadline now they are showing that i have not achieved 90% accuracy so i need to pay 7500 and according to the (Fake) agreement i need to pay 4500. One adv mane has sent a legal notice to pay the money. Please help as i am jobless and going under depression. Id - c[protected]

After i get a call frm [protected] this num asking 5500 for correction and its refundable and asks for another 5500 and now no one is taking my call i lost 11000 because of this company... Sir i received a call from this company and they asked me for some work.. As a i need to do work i agreed for it.
They said it is a home based data entry work and i have to submit 1500 pages
But their site got blocked and in was unable to do my work. I made many calls and messaged but no one replied.

Hello, i have joined in ut enterprises a day before for data entry job. And after seeing the reviews and complaints i wanted to quit the job. When i asked about that the person who contacted me for joining the job didn’t pick any of my calls and texts. They are totally fake. They said that i should pay the amount. They didn’t inform me anything about that. When i asked about that they are saying that i should pay the amount orelse i have to face legal consequences. What should i do now. Please give me solutions..

I was looking for a part time data entry job and had applied at various places on quirk. I received a call from a person[ph no. - [protected]] and name kumar karan, willing to give me a data entry job. The person stated that i will be provided with 1500 pages and have to complete that in 10 days with 90% accuracy. If i fail to do so then i have to pay rs 4500 as registration charge. After that he asked me to send a picture of my aadhar card which i had sent and had made me install a software in which i had to put up a signature. They forced me to sign my saying various things. After signing i came to found that it was an agreement between me and the comapny which totally looks like a fraud. They didn't even send me any letter of joining or confirmation email. They just took my signature and i tried calling them but they didn't receive the call. Please look into this matter. I then came online across this platform and multiple people have complained about this fraud and are receiving threats and blackmails. The company is still functioning and scamming students. I am going through financial crisis and will not be able to pay the amount which they forcefully got me into. The reviews in this portal also stated that even if i complete the task with 100% accuracy they will say that i failed to do my task and have to pay the money. Please stop this scam immediately.

These company is providing fake agreements to everyone and they are not even answering if we asked about the gst number or other details of the company. Me and my friend get the same agreement with only the name was changed. And now some random man is calling and blackmailing that he is a lawyer and he is filing case against me. I have seen that many compaints against these company.

I done my form filling work within 9 days... However they say that i don't have 90% accuracy rather than they want money from me by an fake legal action.. I completed 1500 forms and i have pdf copy of full work... Even though they are not ready to pay my remuneration and want money from me... They gave me a helpline number, but this is a fake one... I have applied for the part time online job in quicker. I got a call from ut enterprises and asked me if i am interested or not. I said yes and i got a mail to download the agreement software and that person called me and instructed to download the software and later asked me to sign on the agreement software without telling the terms and conditions. I got the form filling work i have completed in time and sent to the company. I got a mali that 90% of accuracy was not their and i have to pay the utilization amount 4500/-. I had payed the amount. Still they are asking me to pay 21000/-. If not they are going to send me legal notice. By seeing all this things i came to its a fraud company. Please take the necessary action on it.

Sir ut enterprise company executives are blackmailing me regarding payment.
Please reslove my issue.
I had done my work completely and duly submitted to them . And i had submitted penalty fees to them but eventhough they are continuesely black mailing me by giving msg and emails.
They are demanding more money from me .i am a student i cannot afford that.

I'm filling complaint against Ut Enterprises, One boy call me to do work from home he tell me to do 1500 pages in 10 days, on final call a girl told me about work but her voice was not properly heard by me, at the end she said I'll get an email with login username or password, and I saw an agreement on mail they made it without my permission, I haven't complete my work, they give me I'd or password one day late or it'll be in spam so I checked my inbox there is no mail from Ut Enterprises, they give wrong work there is no Unique Id in some pages, now they'll file a legal complaint against me, I'm already suffering from unemployment that's why I choose this work

They are calling and sending emails to give them money. I have already paid 12500 as a fine to them but they are again torturing me by saying that i have to pay 18000 otherwise they will file a legal case on me and will send me court notice. They are just frauds. They are continuously calling me mailing me to pay them.

5:if you do not avail in summons then as per law the company will win the case by default and you have to pay the compensation of some big amount to the company.

So do not force the company to conduct a legal action against you. This is for final time the company assures you.

We advise you to respect the proceedings and law of india to meet your case in good faith at surat civil court. The customer who is accused has to pay legal charges of legal proceedings of their own.
