Dear sir,
ARS BOND 35109196.
I would like to bring your kind attention the following facts. That I started the CHILDRENs GIFT GROWTH FUND(1986) UTI scheme on 7th august 1999 in the name my child baby Maria Mathew(DOB[protected] with investment of Rs:25000/-normally for 21 years and they issued membership dated 09/08/1999 with date of maturity 16/02/2017.

Later M/s UTI has stopped the scheme without any intimation Or intimation may be there and it was not delivered to me as I also left India for better prospectus to UAE.

Later I shifted my residence from Palakkad to UAE(NRI) and my local address change to Kottayam intimated to local post office at Palakkad.



As later I came to know that the scheme was changed as ARS Bond scheme and bond no. 35109196 is allotted for my child.And I don't have official communication for the above.

And I didn’t get the original bond certificate or a single interest payment so far.

Since I have shifted my residence from Palakkad to Kottayam both in Kerala I missed a lot of communications in between eventhogh we intimated our change of address to local post office and M/S UTI.

As of now being an NRI with family stationed at Abudhabi and Passport is the main valid document for all NRI's and I already submitted the signed passport copies of both Maria Mathew and undersigned for dispatching the original ARS bond to the undersigned by many letters and it has been refused for some or other reasons.



Kindly note that based upon telephonic discussion with Central Processing Centre in July 2009(As ARS bond is matured no further bond paper will not be dispatched and it will be directly debited to bank a/c)as intimated we opened new bank account in my daughter's name with SBI KOTTAYAM and signature verification done from bank submitted from Kottayam to CPC .And it was confirmed that they received it.

They refused again stating that they need birth certificate to be attested and are also submitted.

Still I didn’t get the original bond certificate or a single payment.

This is submitted for kind information and further action please.

Dear sir,
The undersigned for my daughter for UTI cgfs in favour of my elder daughter Maria mathew 1998and later they converted in to ARS Bond and the certificate not yet delivered as we shifted our residence from Palaakad to Kottayam.
Even after so many communications they requested us to to submit addresschange /bank certificates in this respectsubmitted and so far no fruitful result.
Now i don't have bondcerticate/interest payments nothig so far.
No information where to complaint and how to proceed further.
So many letters sent and no reply.
Please help.

I had pur 150 Bond of Raj Laxmi Unit scheme on 23.09.1994 to mature on 23.09.2011.

In reference of My complaint dated 27.02.2010, I have received replay Mr Surendra Devadiga, Executive vide letter no.UTI-TSL/COMP/DIS-OWC/2009-10/R356694 DATED 09.03.2010.

IN THIS CONNECTION, I SURPRISE TO SEE THAT THEY REFUND ME MY AMOUNT ON 25.02.2010, WHICH CHEQUE RECEIVED ME ON 10.03.2010 BUT MY TREAT/ASSUME/ACCEPT DATE OF ACCEPTIOANCE 01.04.2009. UTI NOT GIVEN ME ANY INTEREST FROM 01.04.2009 TO 25.02.2010, ABOUT ONE YEAR PERIOD.

FURTHER, UTI NOT GIVE ME MY INTEREST ERVERY HALF YEAR. THEY ISSUED ME ALL CHEQUE ON 11.03.2010, WITHOUT ANY COMPUND INTEREST SIMPLY RS. 165/- FOR EVERY HALF YEAR.

KINDLY GIVE ME INTEREST FOR REMAINING PERIOD COUMPONDLY.

I had some ARS bonds o[censored]TI (Unit Trust Of India), which got matured on April'09. Of course my address has been changed.First I wrote a letter to them in the month of may. About a month and half later, they informed me my cheque has retuned back and to get the letter attested by concerned bank manager. I did so and sent to UTI (UTI Bhawan, Plot No. 3, Sector 11, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai - 400614 on 23rd June by courier. After that I wrote a mail, but they didn't bother to reply. When I ring them, the receptionist always tells me "Sir, Your cheque is under process and it will be dispatched with in 10 days. Almost three 10 days gone, but I have not yet received my cheque.

I received Rs. 83000/- (capital amount) and Rs. 2739/- (interest). This interest is from 1st October 2008 to 31st March 2009, so that is only six months. This scheme was foreclosed, and the ARS bond started from 1st April 2004. Therefore, I am still awaiting interest from 1st April 2004 to 31st September 2008.

This is inspite of me emailing UTI (dated 29th April 2009, 5th May 2009, and 7th June 2009), they still have not replied to any of my emails.

I wish to get the interest as soon as possible, for the period 1st April 2004 to 31st September 2008.

I hv purchased bonds worth Rs.5000/ & Rs.3000/- UTI Bonds in Childrengrowth scheme during 1994 & 1996 in fvr of my daughters Gayatri & Namrata @ 14% interest rate.However UTI has converted this scheme to another scheme known as UTI ARS Bond.After somany years, neither UTI authorities intimated to me nor informed me about the present status and present amount with interest.After several reminders, recently they hv sent me the details o[censored]TI ARS Bonds in fvr of my daughters(Both are Minors).Again I hv querried about my accumulated amount with interest and dividends if any.But they are more interested to keep my principal amount of Rs.8000/- with them and sent a letter recently in my daughter's(Gayatri) name that, now you will be reaching 18 years of age in Jan'2009, so pls fill up the form and send us details.I can't understand, if a valued customer wants to know about his latest amount with interest rate and dividend amount.But I hv been ignored this part by UTI Authorities.Very sorry about UTI's this type of poor service to a valued customer who has put his hard earned money for better future .I just want to know the details.Thks n regards Dillip Mahapatra, A/94 Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar-751007.
