Regarding pan correction for application coupon number u-q020191974
Respected Sir/Madam,
I had made the payment for PAN card correction for application coupon number U-Q[protected]. I make the payment with Amazon UPI but in vain the amount of Rs 106.90 was siuccessfully deducted from the account. But still it shows make payment. I have called the customer care several times, they are asking me for 7 working days. This is not acceptable to wait for more than 2 days. I need the PAN card for urgent basis. Please kindly help to resolve the issue.

REF : 1. My on-line PAN Ref No:[protected] Dt, 13/11/2024 I have applied on-line for a new PAN Vide in the REF1. above cited I have paid Rs.106.90/- by using my GPAY QR CODE @11.08 A. Deficiency in pan related services
I went to print copy of my pan card through the uttisl as old pan card was broken, message popped up in the screen saying " the mobile number provided you not valid as per ITO records. You may apply through change request mode to update mobile number . email id or both avail this facility of epan or epan along with physical laminated card along with link and completed the process as per link and gave me acknowledgement copy:", Later on when i called the helpline no [protected] to check out the status. To my surprise ladies answered the call is mentioned that your pan is not issued by the UTTISL. and not in the database and I need to contact the nsdl for any information related my pan card. . Then i checked the nsdl website which stated that your application processed through the uttisl and need to contact uttisl. Then again i called same helpline another lady stated that your pan is not in the database and even went on accusing me providing wrong acknowledgement no. Then I requested to transfer the call to her superior and one gentlmen sagnik chattarjee - sr associate came on line and asked for the orginal pan and made me to read the rear side of the broken card with the intention to check whether old pan card is issued through them, Even after reading UTTISL gentlemen was trying to avoid me by giving evasive reply, What i observed is 1. UTTIsl is trying to extra money by forcing customer to file change update form so that they can collect extra money illegally.
2. They are trying to avoid the customers by giving evasive reply . What is the fault of customers in approaching the UTTisl for any pan related services as they are one of the two agencies employed for the pan related services . I hope authorities will look into t he issues and will ensure that customers will not be inconvenienced due to its internal arrangements

Urgent request for coupon number issuance for pan card correction and reprint

I applied for the correction and reprint of my PAN card through UTIISL on 27th August 2024, and I made the required payment of Rs. 167. However, I have not received any updates regarding the status of my application.
I have tried contacting customer care multiple times, and despite my efforts, I was met with unprofessional behavior and no resolution. I was advised to send an email, which I did on 9th September 2024, but I have not received any response till date.
It is quite disappointing to experience such delays and lack of communication, especially for an important document like a PAN card, which is critical for various official procedures.
I kindly request you to prioritize my application and provide me with a clear update on the status of my PAN card reprint. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could share the courier details once my PAN card is dispatched.

I have request a pan card from uti. I pan card has been issued vide tracking number (Ea[protected]in) date 05.04.2018this card is showing stuck in item bagged to siliguri (Crc). Today this pan card status showing same the item bagged to siliguri rms (Crc). I try for complaint but not response. Sir please quickly help me.

My self vikaskhanna. I apply pan in uti website.but erorr of biomatric athantication of adhar. My pan application is not apply. My application coupon no is U-N[protected].I apply my pan apply date on 23/3/2018.i pay through repay debit card.please refund my money in my bank account. my phone no is [protected].my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
