PF claim not yet settled
Dear Team,
I am Jiju Jayaprakash, worked with Uttam Associates from March 2005 to Sept 2006. My client company was ICICI Bank - Two Wheeler loans. When I resigned from the company, as per my request they provide two PF nos. I don't know why it is 2. They are as below
Emp No. Location Account Number Name
3103 KOLLAM TN/50770/3822 JIJU JAYAPRAKASH
3358 QUILON TN/50770/3592 JIJU JAYAPRAKASH J
The client was not sure about which one is correct as it is come under the employer.
I had sent PF withdrawal forms to the company twice with both numbers since i not sure about the correct one but no response at all. Please help to get it done.

This is Bhuvaneswari Venigalla and I am not received my pf claim from Uttam Associates Chennai.
This is long back pending since 1 year I am following up with them.

I am s.muthu kumar from coimbatore . i am working a UTTAM ASSOCIATES ( icici bank two wheelers loans) since[protected] . My P.F.A/C.NO: tn/50770/2674 i am applied my P.F.claim AUG -2008. send on my details but till date no replay for uttam associates .so we will quickly arranged for my P.F.claim .
