Dear Team,

I am Jiju Jayaprakash, worked with Uttam Associates from March 2005 to Sept 2006. My client company was ICICI Bank - Two Wheeler loans. When I resigned from the company, as per my request they provide two PF nos. I don't know why it is 2. They are as below

This is Bhuvaneswari Venigalla and I am not received my pf claim from Uttam Associates Chennai.

This is long back pending since 1 year I am following up with them.
