I had booked a relocation order on 12th May, 2022 from Bhubaneswar to Hyderabad. It got too delayed like for 12 days. It had reached me today on 24th May, 2022. And after I am opening I find my table totally broken and pieces getting detached. Very disappointing

My docket number is [protected]. Expected delivery was 26th April 2022 but didn't recieved yet. I have booked my moped on 18th April from Dewas to Rewa. But I didn't recieved my scooter yet. As per policy, you commite to deliver parcel within 4-5 days max. But it took around 12 days still not delivered. I tried to take follow-up may times but nobody found answerable.

I need strict action on this.

My docket no is [protected]. The parcel delivery date is 19/05/2021 but the latest update said that it is being delayed to move the parcel from Bangalore hub to KR Puram Hub.

No further updates from Customer Care.

Very irresponsible company

My docket number is 3531820. Expected delivery was 23rd august. When i spoke to them i got to know that they are not ready to deliver before 9am and after 6 pm. Last saturday they might have delivered but didnt happen they are not responsible. These people telling that if there is any other parcel to my area then only they will deliver the item. So late in delivery these people should be fined so that they should know the value of time.

I have booked my material on 12 Feb 13 from Pune for Nagpur. But i recieved matrial on 24 Feb 13. As per policy, you commite to deliver material within 2-3 days max. But it took around 12 days to get delivered. Also we found that on customer copy, he mentioned total amount Rs. 1734 whereas on your office copy he mentioned Rs. 1234. How comes it happened? Also why there was so delay? I tried to take follow-up may times but nobody found answerable from your side. Because of delay from your side, i bear a loss of Rs. 10000/- in my bussiness.
Now i need my money return & also recovery of my loss.
