Don't play with employee's life if your not able to run the company close it and run away, employees are not you pet to stop coming to job the very next day of informing us.

I know your not aware of the thing called notice period since your a such a useless management and its my mistake for expecting professionalism from such a cheap uneducated management peoples.

Its my mistake trusting your hr's words and joining you. At least here after don't cheat any one by saying your are going to achieve "state of excellence" and move the entire team to us (Lol). First of all do you have office in us, dubai, australia and all other locations mentioned in your website - i know you don't have any.

If any one have a plan to join here!!! My advice is a big no. While working in vagus i applied for loan and my loan was rejected because of the name vagus.

-employees are treated in unprofessional way
-they will throw you out of the company any day
-no notice period
-management is handled by 0% skilled peoples
-warning for all the employees who gets call or job offer from vagus technologies, trichy (Or e - business international)
-if you ask for appraisal you will be sent out of the company
-if you are jobless and you have no other option you can join here

here i gone for web designer post.. first round i cleared the telephonic interview. second round i went they asked me to come directly. i attended the interview and i was keep on waiting for more than 2 hrs. they told soryy u was not selected. i asked them give me a valid reason... they said all the designs are designed in single layer.. i had grouped all the layers... there i found a boldi head man... he has no brain.. not even don know how to ungroup and simply dragging the layout and i said u have to ungroup it. he is asking me what is ungroup, but he says am the hr and tl for designing team.. don attend the interview and waste ur time.. its a bpo company not software company... better avoid that useless company...
