Vahathi Motor Driving School Complaints & Reviews

We have worst experience with Vahathi. We paid him amount for RC transfer. From last one and half year we are following he but do returning the amount paid for it.they returned my RC last week....

I randomly selected Vahathi driving school from google because one of its office is just walkable from our home in Amrita Nagar. I booked for 15 days classes and I told that I cannot take classes beyond 20-Sep and need to complete within that. The owner denied booking without full payment. So, paid Rs.5, 500 in advance on Sep 2nd 2022. And we tol He promised to start on 5-Sep and didn't turn up. He doesn't pick the calls. I visited both offices in Kasavanahalli road and Bellandur office. They were always shutdown. I didn't see any driving school activities there even on week days, weekends, morning time, afternoon time etc. When I called for different phone number he picks it up and give and verbal assurances to start the very next day. he saves alternate numbers and STOPs responding to the calls and messages. since then every day till 14-Sep-22, I tried calling and sending messages. He NEVER responds. Finally I ran out of my free time that I planned for driving classes. Then, I started sending message to refund the money. I messaged that I would complain to Cyber Police if not refunded.
I checked all reviews from internet and realized Vahathi Driving School did this kind of fraud to many customers.
I WANT TO GET MY MONEY BACK and possible SHUTDOWN this kind of FRAUD BUSINESS.
