Services offered with prescribed fees not provided as promised

The said company offered to support my Holidays accommodation booking at various places as per their brochure for max 6N/7D per year at free of cost (but with nominal 8999/- per annum maintenance charges)and failed to provide the said services when opted.
the free overseas holiday with cash vouchers were also not provided so far even thou the fee of 300000/- for 10 years contract is paid
feel cheated by the company as i am not at all contactable to anybody to enquire nor am getting any bookings done as per my request
the only contact number which is for most of the time is engaged but when connects again they say will comeback in email after hearing our vows, but in vain.
