My self Roshani Parmar & order id is OPC1033915. Pan card applied through van technologies, chennai, which not received. Alternate mobile number is +[protected].

I have sent my application alongwith required documents on 9/6/2022 but to my surprise you have not received though my POD shows it is delivered on 13/6/2022

Anyway i have sent again by speed post on 18/6/2022 and my POD syas it was delivered on 20/6/2022.

For pan card application they are charging 449 rupees whereas government is actually taking 93 rupees. They are robbing consumers which needs to stop. Please help in recovering the amount.

They asked for 499 for the pan card and asked me to send my documents to their address . I have paid the amount but I got to know that this company is not affiliated with govt.
Should I send my documents to this company or can I get my refund back they have not mentioned any refund policy or contact number at their site .
Please with your prior concern .

Is this firm authorized to receive applications relating to pan card correction etc.

This particular company is a big fraud, after searching to apply pan card online their website had come first, so I thought like this was a govt. Approved website. But now it turned out to be a fake one, they have charged Rs.450 for pan card application. This company's owner will get into some disgusting circumstances, I curse the wonder that he should get into some accident and die. Rs.450 is not a small amount for middle class people like us. These guys are frauds who are stealing others earning. Karma won't leave them.

I am not interested in availing their services. I have already paid fees but want refund.

My coupon no. G[protected]. I received a message from UTIITSL that my pancard delivered by speed post consignment no. EB[protected]IN on 11/05/2021. But I don't receive it till date. I tracked it's status but got consignment details not found. I mailed to UTIITSL people, they also said it was despatched. Can you help me in this regard

The party is a big fraud. After talking over phone, still they are giving n number of excuses for not completing their service . I do not feel they have any expertise and just applies on behalf of people and has nothing to do part from this.. this company should be shut down immidiately. My 500 RS got wasted and after applying through them in Dec-2019 still not received the PAN and had to hire a local consultant now resolve the query..

I had submitted an application for name change on the pan card. All relevant documents have been provided, however, there seems to be is no movement on the case.

I have applied for duplicate pan card with changing father name from van technologies chennai in aug 19 and paid the requisite fee of rs. 499/- in favour of van technologies and the requisite documents have been sent to them through speed post aug 19 vide postal receipt, but till date i have not received my pan card. It appears to me that i have been cheated by the complany

I have applied for the correction in pan card details and accordingly submitted all details which was duly acknowledged by van technologies. I also transferred the requisite fees of rs. 449=00 0n 30/09/2018 but after that i ave not heard from them nor did i receive the corrected pan card. If the above company can not render the promised service, the company may be asked to return the amount to the account it was debited from else let me know the status of my service request at the earliest.

I have transferred rs. 449 on 26/04/2018 though online icici bank transaction id no [protected] to paytm mobile solution.

Today i applied online for the lost in pan card, payment made, i got the filled application in pdf. While verifying the same i typed by date of birth wrongly. Need to know what to do and how to rectify the same. I have to send this application along with the proof to van tech, chennai. Please help me. If i send the proof which contains the correct dob will do or need to correct the application or i have to reapply.

But unfortunately when i check the status of my application, your site shows your application has been failed, why? I don't know, in this regard i wrote several mails to you but their is no response.

Therefore, i request to you kindly suggest how can i resolve or got my pan card.

On 15th sep, 2017, rs 399 got debited from my paytym wallet. I haven't done any transaction nor orderded any pan card. It got debited without my permission. I recieved a message, that 399 got debitd from my wallet. Check this issue on priority as it seems to be some fraud, someone misused my paytm wallet. I contacted paytm for this issue and they asked to contact your team for refund. Now please refund amount of 399 to my wallet.

I had applied for a duplicate pan card on 31st may 2017 to van technologies. They have held back on my submission stating that there is a mismatch of my father's name. I had filled in all details as per my previous pan card and they responded that initials cannot be used for father's name and had kept it on hold. I do not want to pursue the form with them as they are causing inconvenience and want a reimbursement of rs. 350 from them

We got print out of above pan card but did not receive pancard which was to be delivered at my mailing address shortly. Do the needfull. I have received print out of above pan card with pancard number. Process is successfull.co advised me that you will receive your pancard at your mailing address in few days. We are waiting for pancard sice three weeks. I hope i will get it in reasonable time before i find other way.

I Lost my pan card and applied on 2/5/2017 through VAN Technology,
No.31, Reddy Street, Villivakkam.Chennai. paid Rs. 390/- on line on 2/5/2017 through Axis bank.
All required documents send through courier. on2/5/2017.

I applied for a duplicate PAN card. All docs were sent. Rs. 350 was paid in advance. Everything was ok till 17th Jan17, when I was informed that docs have been submitted to authorities.
After that no infn is avl.

For EC from tamil nadu, i paid twice to them thro online. requested to refund the excess amount. they refunded vide their transaction no.40450631 on 17 aug.15 which i have not yet received to my account. requested to verify with the bank. still says transfered, i have verified with my bank which has not yet come till today 3/9/15. party is not verifying with merchant bank for above their transaction. but not doing so it is still pending for credit to my account.their merchant bank EBS.com
