I have a water connection since 2003. and I'm paying the water bill regularly but recently the new connection was installed. My consumer ID was 48383. Name was Rathamma. The water bill man (vivek) he issued the same consumer ID to someone and issued a bill for both in same consumer ID. I have find the issue told him rectify because they only did the mistake, I have given the application and provided the required documents which proof of The ID was mine. The water board people not responding properly and the Still issue was not solved.

I have tried follow-up several times they not responding. Worst water board and staff... very rude staff... They did the mistake so i have to take new connection by paying additional deposit Rs.7000.

I would like to bring to your notice that, in our home the water bill is huge compared to other homes . But excess water bill is coming from Vanivillas water works, Mysore since almost from an tear.

The usual bill for neighbor home is below 600 rupees but our bill for the current month and previous month is 4277 and 5702 respectively. The consumption ow water of 2.11 lakh liters which is ridiculous this is for 1 month consumption only!!!.
Even the water meter reader also told regarding excess water bill.
Requesting you to check the water meter & if faulty, Pl replace the same.
I request you to initiate action to resolve this issue. Also pl reverse the current bill & send us the revised bill to pay.

I would like to bring to your notice that, in our home usually water usage is less compared to other homes. But excess water bill is coming from Vanivillas water works, Mysore since 4 to 8 months.

The usual bill for our home is below 600 rupees but suddenly the bill has been given for 8500 rupees and a consumption of 3.42 lakh liters which is ridiculous this is for 1 month consumption only!!!.
Even the water meter reader also told regarding excess water bill.
Requesting you to check the water meter & if faulty, Pl replace the same.
I request you to initiate action to resolve this issue. Also pl reverse the current bill & send us the revised bill to pay.

I would like to bring to your notice that all of sudden we have been issued with huge bill amount of 40K for which we raised complaint, However this is not been addressed with multiple follow up.

Now with no other option, I am raising this concern here hoping to get some immediate help from concerned members.

Hi, please help to check with the water bill reading, excess billing is done for the July and August 2022. The usage is for domestic purpose only and the billed amount is RS, 5407. Have already given written complaint for meter testing and paid the fees for the same as well. Its been 2 weeks and there is no update.

In our home usually water usage is less compared to other homes. But excess water bill is coming from vani villas mysuru water board since 4to 5 months. The usual bill for our home is below 300 rupees but since 4to 5 months the bill is exceeding 800 rupees.in this regard we have checked our water meter in vani villas but it is showing there is no problem in water meter. I request you to solve this problem as fast as possible. If it is not the problem of water meter then take right action against the officials putting excess water bill to only our home in whole colony.
