Hello Sir/Madam,

Wanted to let you know that auto rickshaws in virar are charging double the amount per seat, even after taking 4 seats after the covid guidelines are ignored.
We as a common working class people cannot afford to double pay the autos, but we do not have other alternative rather than standing in a queue for bus or paying autos 20 rs instead of 10.
Please take our request into account and take action against auto walas to normalize the rate as before. SInce they're not following any covid guidelines and taking 4 seats per ride.
Kindly accept our request its a common problem for every working class people who daily commute through autos.

Dear sir/madam,

I would like to bring to your kind notice about the vendors in my locality, our area navkar tower, tivri road, naigaon (East).

Vendors have occupied the space just outside our society gate, where vendors like chinese stall, tea stall, pan patti stall (Cigrattes and tobacco).

Please note: its not society property its municipal place, they have occupied the place above drainage (Gutter).

After around 10-11pm people stand outside our gate and take alcohol, it's risky for ladies as well as for the resident who stays in navkar tower. People here are frighten to tell them to stop taking alcohol, as they might fight with us and that's the reason people are ignoring them. They take cigrattes from the stall and stand at our society premises and smoke.
It will impact or create bad image of our kids who pass from that place.

Requesting you to please take necessary actions. As we are facing this issues from long back.

Pincode no. 401303, it was pending from last 4 years please update your online payment zone so i can make payments. Hi i am satish manjrekar. I stay in vasant karishma kamvan cooperative society. I would like to draw your attention to the nuisance caused by stray dogs in and around our society. Please note that the population of these stray dogs is increased. There are some 9 to 10 stray dog which are surrounding the gate of our building. I[censored] go to open the gate. They get unnecessaryly aggressive and charge on us. I have to travel late at night because of work in shift. This problem is faced by all the late travellers. It has become big threat to life to come in our house after a days hard work. Please take appropriate action against these stray dogs and save everyone from this nuisance
