Deepti and Veera Singh of Vasavi Urbana has been forcing me since past couple of days to sign on blank documents. When I rejected to sign on the documents the executive Veera Singh and Deepti started threatening me. They also said they will no more process my loan and will see that the loan is not processed.

In Vasavi Urban they have been forcing customers to sign on the blank documents and if they don't sign they are clearly saying that we will not process the loàn for which aggreement has already been made long back.

Such a cheater, fraudulent, Please dont lose your money with this builder, the whole family is fraud. if you book for a gated community flat, definitely you will lose your money.

I booked a flat in Aaram in Nov 2010 during the launch, till date the project is not yet finished and they will take one more year to complete. The project is too small and all blocks are separate blocks, it is easy to complete in 1 year time. There are many flats surrounding this Aaram handed over to clients even though they started later this AARAM.
They have done fast work up to foundation afterwards snail speed in the project till date.
No manager/ representatives from the company are taking responsibilities for handing over.

BEWARE OF THIS BUILDER. GOD SAKE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK FLAT WITH VASAVI BUILDERS/HOUSING. PLEASE NOTE THEY DONT HAVE NAME BOARD IN THEIR OFFICE. THEY ARE CLAIMING TO DO LARGE SCALE PROJECTS. TOTAL FALSE STATEMENTS.

I had booked an appartment in Majestica, Medavakkam promoted by Vasavi Builders in March 2010. They promised to deliver by May 2012. But till now they haven't taken any interest in starting the construction itself. When enquired they are telling, that it will be delivered in Dec 2014. I couldnt believe their words and went for Cancellation. There is some rumour that there is some family fight within VASAVI group related to WILL. They might go Bankrupt very soon.

I am following up on the Cancellation for the past 3 months. They are keeping on telling that they will give PDC for the refund. They are just postponing day by day. I am totally fed up with these guys. I have made numerous phone calls and visits to their OMR office but no use at all.

One more thing they are telling is that once they give us the PDC, we need to surrender all our receipts and agreement. But I have read a complaint in this forum that they have called and told not to deposit the cheque on the due date.

I request all of those who have applied for cancellation to join hand and fight as a group.

IT IS MY FATE AND I AM NOW FIGHTING AGAINST IT. PLEASE DO NOT GET INTO SUCH TROUBLE.

I have booked an apartment in VASAVI MAGILAM at keelkattalai this apartment was about to handed-over by sept2010 but vasavi builders have not handed over the apartments. When approached their project engineer and site manager they say it will take another year. I f we attempt to meet their director they go and hide in their office or some where else. The other projects promoted by them is also delayed by 2 years. their behaviour is worst they amass wealth and take money from middle income group people and enjoy. They are not bothered about customers difficulties.Any body wants to buy from Vasavi please think twice take reference and do they are money swindlers.
