Just wanted to alert all of guys, who have already planned to buy a flat. Please don't do any type of deal with VASUDHA LOTUS, the most fraud and cheater builder in bangalore..I have been suffering past 3 years a lot with all of other flat owners due this worst deal with this most evil builder. This builder has no fear to law or anything as he is a politician. Even all payment done to this VASUDHA LOTUS. after 3 years this organization...

An advertisement appeared in Times of India and The Hindu newspaper regarding booking of flats sponsored by UASUDHA LOTUS,Bangalore, karnnatka . The launching days offers the customer concession of Rs. 200/- per sqr ft. I have booked a flat by paying Rs. 50,000/- on 25 Jan 12. Due to my personal problems I opted cancellation of flat in Mar 12. UASUDHA LOTUS has deducted a sum of Rs. 25,000/- stating that we deduct the amount in case of cancellation...
