I have done the payment but i didn't get any confirmation I have paid the amount through UPI...

Product is not good apply for my hair is not good result plz refund my payment

I made payment for my order on vedix but not received any confirmation also it showing as I haven't placed any order...I got confirmation that payment done successfully but not received any msg or mail after that...I tried to reach their customer support but it's of no use
.. please help me with this

On 2nd of April I had placed an order on Vedix for hair care regime which cost Rs-1120/- But that order has been shipped with ECART courier service and it is not serviceable at my location so I contacted to to ECART office and they confirmed that the parcel has been marked as Non serviceable. I am attaching screenshot of order and payment receipt.

Also I had tried to reaching out on VEDIX customer service helpline also I had mailed to support but it wasn't help me out.

It's being almost 23days so please take any action as soon as possible.

Have ordered a hair oil kit worth 1499/-, I have done my payment through paytm UPI, my money has been deducted and my order was not confirmed and i haven't received any confirmation regarding it. Those guys are not responding on whatsapp and phone calls.

Vedix claim that if you are not satified with our products within 30 days we will refund you. when you call on their customer care it never connects, after sending several reminders no one reverted. after wring my concern on facebook they call not for the refund but to tell you that your skin has all the toxins which is coming out and there is no fault in or product. and no call or any support from their end. I wasted my 1000 and my skin has worsen after that.

My 4590 Rupees are stucked and i received only 1530 from payment gateway.
Since all the transactions are made at the same time one after the other.
Please tell when remaining money will be Credited to my account?
It was done on 8 may and till now i haven't got my remaining rupees
All should come on same day as one of the payment reverted back
Already 5-7 days are over and haven't got all my money please tell whether other money will be given back or not, and if yes how much time more will be needed.
